Is this hypoallergenic? Is it unscented?

The NIVEA Intense Healing Cream does contain fragrance.

What percentage of petroleum is in this?

Does not have the amount of petroleum that used to make the product.

How would you describe the texture of this product, is it oily? Is it very hydrating? How long does your skin feel moisturized after applying?

It’s a cream, I wouldn’t describe it as oily but definitely a medium-heavy cream. I bought this after a relatively dry and cold snap had my skin feeling terrible, like a dry lizard. The cream sinks in pretty darn quickly and my skin feels great all day until the next shower. I hope this helps 🍀
