Does it come with pouch? Does it come with a storage bag to protect whilst in your handbag?

Nop, no pouch, no bag, just a cylindrical cardboard box.

How do you heat or warm up your storing breast pump within hakka pump? Do I have to take off the silicone lid or keep it onto the haakaa breastpump?

I haven always transfer the milk to w bottle after pumping.

Is this suitable for those of us thay dont have fast let down? My little girl is 8 weeks old.

I would say it is suitable. I don't have much let down and it was never fast but when I use haakaa pump it works, as if the succion 'triggers' let down. Hope it helps
