A must have for appling makeup
I was so tired of getting makeup and powder on my clothes while getting ready I knew there had to be somebody else with the same problem. This little smock is easy to put on with the velcro and the neck, the length is short enough to cover my clothes without being too long. The fabric iis lightweight enough to not be too hot. I am not crazy about the extra little flap on one side of the cape so I just turn it over and use the other side .When I get makeup on the cap I have found this cape washes very nicely. I recommend this cape.

Protects your clothes
Great for keeping makeup and stray hairs off your clothes. Open can go in the front or back as appropriate for you. Velcro closure allows for easy adjustment at the neck. Feels nice - silky and soft.

Nice Quality, Velcro Closure!
This was exactly what I was looking for to keep the hair off the neck of my boys when cutting their hair. The quality of the material is nice and also, lightweight. The Velcro closure at the neck is what sold me especially when reading other reviews about the snaps coming off on other capes. Also the Velcro is adjustable to any size neck. I would suggest making this in a longer style too ...with the same closure.

Good....But!
Ok 1st one of this type I've use. I wanted a short one because I'm cutting my own hair. I need my arms free. This cape could use a wider velcro closer strap. Also some weights around the hem. For alignment at the split. Also a bit heavier material. Thx...skip1911

No more brushing make up away from my clothes! The closure is Velcro so itโs quick and easy to put on and off. The short style is just the right length for my purpose which is to protect my clothes from powder and other makeup.
