Can you choose which of the tunes play when it's activated or does it go through them all?

Unfortunately it goes through all of the tunes, but they're all nice. All three of my grandchildren had one and they loved them. Hope this helps.

What songs does it play?

A few brief classical songs (I’m sorry I don’t know the names) and twinkle twinkle little star. With bubbles and gurgles- I would recommend it

Has anyone used this for a 3 week old baby?

Yes, very successfully! My daughter used it from about that age and her baby is now 10 months old and associates the soothing sounds with going to sleep. I have one now at my house for when I look after her and it works a treat, highly recommend.
