My 2nd Smart Scale . My roommate had the Healthify one and I started using it daily — super helpful to track weight and other body metrics. I had ordered the smart scale by healthify about a week back based on a friend's recommendation, was gaining weight so thought to keep track. All I can say is it is an incredible scale! It keeps me motivated towards my weight loss plan everyday. I chose green colour, it has a sleek and elegant design, very light weight but seems quite hardy and durable, it is easy to carry around between home and PG, I take it home on the weekends to track my parents weight too. Initially as I tuned it to the healthify app using bluetooth, I saw it was displaying only BMI... after a bit of experimenting, using some medical common sense and realizing the plastic cover was still on, I re-checked and it showed me all the paramenters nicely! Word of advice being a doc myself : the device has electrodes that pick up tiny currents from the body so remove the plastic on scale before using else it won't show values... After syncing in a second, the metrics like, bone mass, muscle mass, etc. were on screen and the readings are pretty authentic too, I compared with my health reports, it correlates. The values seem legit and consistent and the graph on the app helps me track my progress, the app is easy to use, the interface is interactive, I just need to connect to bluetooth and open healthify on phone and I'm good to go, it syncs my data very fast, it is functioning very smooth and clean. I also got a 1 month free smart plan subscription coupon along with the box, tried it, it's good. Overall loved it! It is really a smart scale :)

Good product with advanced features.

I purchased the HealthifyMe Smart Scale on 10 September 2023, and it has never connected to my phone via Bluetooth—not even once. From day one, the device has been completely unusable. I contacted HealthifyMe Customer Care expecting basic assistance, but the response was shocking. They simply said they “cannot help” because the scale is out of warranty. When I asked about paid repair options or a service centre, they told me none exist. So essentially, if the product stops working, you’re on your own. This is unbelievably disappointing for a brand that claims to care about health and technology. The product doesn’t work, the support team offers no solutions, and there is no repair channel whatsoever. I genuinely regret buying the HealthifyMe Smart Scale and wish I had gone for a reliable brand instead. Please think twice before you purchase this product. My experience has been nothing but frustrating — a completely useless device with absolutely zero after-sales support.
