And this was because of nail salons over using the e file and then years of builder gel. My nails would always tear down the middle and break that I would have to file the tips almost daily to get rid of the chipped nail Anyways for the first time ever, my nails are getting stronger and it’s only been two weeks. I still have a while to go, I think I will continue to go bare nail and doing the keratin treatment and oil for about 3 months. Then after that when my nails are stronger I’ll just use non toxic polish or go nail polish free I’ll keep you guys updated, I started using the keratin treatment 12/12/24 and the oil 15/12/24 Just to let you know, I’ve used the oil alone in the past and it helped keep my nails and cutical hydrated, and also helped reduce peeling with my nails, but if you nails are as damaged as mine, the oil alone isn’t enough, you need the keratin treatment I did buy the cuticle eraser from the brand, it arrived today and to be frank it seems like a waste of money, you are better off using a cutical cutter.
