Great suppressant
Certainly suppressed my hunger, I’m using along with a calorie deficit diet and it’s stopped me snacking after dinner etc. I make sure I drink lots of water with them which helps. I use first thing in the money as I don’t have breakfast then take another 2 before my main dinner (about 30 minutes before hand. I find them very easy to swallow for there size., and the price is reasonable.

It works!
This really works! With lots of water I noticed my cravings for snacking and my meal portions are definitely smaller. I can confidently say my weight finally started to go down.

I think they work.. week 1 of use so early days
Right now, the boat is still out, but it has been less than a week. The capsules are easy to swallow, same size as my magnesium and others.. I do feel it fills the stomach, but then again, so does the pint of water. That you need to take them with. As I only recently reduced my calorie intake I’m hungry even when I’m feeling full in the belly as I’m probably craving sugar and carbs in the adjustment phase, so I will have to come back on this when I’m a few weeks further down the line.

Low product- Big Marketing
It does ABSOLUTELY nothing! It is not my first rodeo with Konjac and I know what I am talking about. Does not have any of the effects that should have and don’t buy into this ‘ made in Britain’ . Don’t waste your money and do some research.

Two weeks in, and not lost a single pound....
Large but easy to swallow tablets. Have gone by the instructions, of 2 tablets before each meal with plenty of water (500 ml) but I drink more, about 45 minutes before I eat. Been using for 2 weeks now, and not lost a single pound in weight, in fact I have gained. Early days, so I will continue until the course runs out. I may have to revise this review and star numbers.

Works
I think these are very good. I still crave sometimes but I think it’s from habit / comfort behaviour like when watching TV I want to grab for something, but when I cycle through ideas of what to eat I find nothing appeals to me as I feel full. It lasts the whole night until morning so helps me sleep too. Less picking, no snacking and smaller portions.
