OK But!
The machine does what it says it will so cannot fault it there. The biggest problem for me was the instruction book. It would be helpful to have details of the kneading and proving procedures for each programme. My previous 2 bread makers both had twin paddles and I find that the single paddle in this machine does not mix as well as a double one does and can leave a small amount of dry ingredients in the corners. I am only using for dough and baking the bread in a conventional oven because I dislike the shape of the tin that comes with the machine. The paddle locating spindle in the baking pan has a recessed groove that collects the uncooked dough and is a fiddle to clean thoroughly.

Bread maker build quality is really good and so far we are happy with the product
Bread maker build quality is really good and so far we are happy with the product. Bakes good basic bread and does excellent pizza dough. Although the recipe booklet does not quite give right quantity of water so our first few tries of bread were a disaster then we tried reducing water quite a bit and started getting perfect loaf of bread. Overall a nice product would certainly recommend :)

Russell Hobbs Bread Maker
Just used this bread maker it's so easy if a novice like me that has never-ever used one can do it so can you. I used an asda white bread mix on the number 1 setting and the 500 gram and small loaf settings and hot water. Press start and 3 hrs 18 mins later a lovely looking loaf of bread. 2 mins later just had my first slice of warm bread and butter and it was lovely if I say so myself. So if your looking for a bread maker look no further than this one it looks good and a very nice price

Makes a beautiful loaf. Do not be fooled into thinking you ...
This is my fifth bread maker. I have had Morphy Richards and Russell Hobbs, and can honestly say that this is the 'best'. Makes a beautiful loaf. Do not be fooled into thinking you can do the bigger loaf, as it rises to the top of the maker and sticks to it. If you want a bigger loaf this isn't the one for you. The 750g loaf is sufficient for my husband and I as we don't eat a lot of bread and therefore, once made, we finish it without any waste before making a fresh one. Love it.

Got it just yesterday was easy to use made my first lot that night was not bad if I don't say so myself lol only draw back it takes for ever to finish just over 3 hours for one one loaf but worth it for lovely freshly baked bread has a 15hr time delay so you can set it so you have fresh bread first thing in the morning or when you come in after a long day a bit noisey when kneeding but other than that good machine even makes jam and fresh pasta

Very pleased with the bread made so far.
Used it 4 times in the last two weeks. Very pleased with the results so far. Only criticism is that there aren't very many recipes in the booklet so have invested in a bread machine recipe book.

Very good but a bit noisy when kneading.
It is making lovely bread, on the settings experimented with and the big plus is that the grandchildren will eat the crust, remarkable. The only down side the machine in knead mode is a bit noisy.

limited life due to weak motor bearings
At first, I'm happy with the warranty provided, I contacted Amazon, they contacted the seller, I got new one for replacement. Then I opened the old one: Motor failed. Why? Because it is highly loaded through a belt and soon the bearing are failing. Let's say we did 150 times bread. The motor is expensive...hard to be rebuild. So, if you are doing a bread per week - It will last 5 years, If you make it three times per week, It will fail within the warranty period.
