Good creatine powder. Comes with a scoop so it is easy to measure and lasts a while.I have mainly used this mixed into shakes and had no issues, I cannot taste it in there and it does not change the texture of the shake.I have not had any side effects and as previously stated it is easy to blend or mix into a shake.Good amount of powder so good value for money.

I was on and off again with creatine and then stopped taking it. I was not recovering from workouts well and had a permanently bloated stomach (probably perimenopause) but started taking consistently again and the bloating’s gone! Probably due to it taking water to muscles. My recovery is much better too. So I’m all about the creatine now!This one’s good, mixes quit well.

Not really one for writing reviews but felt compelled to after taking this stuff. Fist of all, i'd been sceptical after hearing reports about it's now debunked link to hair loss in men. I didn't do the loading as often recommended to start with. Just 5 grams a day in my smoothie or herbal tea. Dissolves easily leaving no residue and very neutral taste-wise. I felt it within the first 30mins of taking it in all of the muscles that I'd focused on in my most recent workout. Been on it 10 days and I've noticed:Increased strength profileFeeling more satiated in general for longer, especially as an 'alkaline vegan' lifestylerVisible muscle growthMore in the tank than usual (including in the sack!)Better recovery efficiencyI've only trained twice in this period and not hard as i'm currently nursing an injury. It's pretty awesome stuff. I'm very impressed.Found the bad seal a bit insipid but it does reseal with a bit of pressure.

Excellent. Creatine is my favourite supplement. Very obvious energy and strength gains and recovery after a few days to a week of using it. Tend to use it every day now as it just makes me feel better. I do put on extra weight though, which is apparently water weight caused by creatine.

This product is amazing! Easy to dissolve, it has no flavour and awesome result with in a month. It come along with 2.5gm scoop which is best way to track your daily dosage. The only thing disaapointed was that it arrived late but amazon refund my money and i kept as free. But product is amazing 100% recommended!
