DTOL5.1 External USB Audio Sound Card Adapter For PC Notebook

This item cost less than £2 and was delivered quickly to my door. Like everyone else I read the previous persons' comments and was a little worried, but I needn't have been the item has arrived. Tested it thoroughly and not only is it fully working, but the build quality is absolutely fine! I can only assume that the previous person was very unlucky with the items sent to them. It cost under £2 for a USB sound-card adapter for your headsets, you spend 3 times that on a packet of ciggies or a couple of beers down the pub. From my own experience it is a good solid item that does the job intended.

I bought this thinking I'd lost my more expensive (~£18) plantronics one. Upon finding the plantronics adapter I compared the two and I have to say for under a pound the '3D sound' adapter does very well, it's not quite as crisp and the connections are cheaply made but it handles the task okay. I wouldn't expect this product to last a very long time or resist corrosion on the connector pins, but for £0.70 it'll do the job.It does come from the far east so you will need to be patient, mine took around 22 days to arrive.

excellent item and works well and good value

Slow delivery, and not the best quality - but it works.For the price I was not expecting miracles with regards to quality.I bought this item to test whether this type of thing would work to allow me to use a set of headphones with separate audio and mic sockets in a PS4. It does indeed work, allowing you to receive audio and use the mic functions of the headset. This particular model has a case too large to fit directly into the console itself though, so you would either need a USB extension or (I assume this would allow it to fit - didn't try though) to remove the casing from the device.That being said, I would not recommend this particular model if your intended use is the same as mine, as the audio given off from your mic is very poor quality for whoever else you might be playing with. My advice would either be to pay a little more on a higher quality adapter, or to buy a lower cost headset that uses only one 3.5mm jack. I opted for the latter and bought a Tritton Kama which you can pick up for £20 from Argos or £25 from Game, and is a very good quality (especially for the price) headset designed for the PS4 console, so it very well suited.In summary: It works, but only just. It's nothing special, but for the price I can't complain. If you are interested in quality then find an alternative option to this product. If you simply need something that works, then this may very well be for you (as long as you're not in a rush for it, dispatched from Hong Kong so delivery time is a very long wait.)

I received my one in good time and when it finally arrived i was very excited to try it out. I put it in only to hear sound out of one of the headphones or sometimes none at all. It also had this fuzzy white noise. I know it's not my headset connection as when I connect it into the normal port it's fine. But as I record gaming videos I needed something which I could use for both the mic and sound. So was disappointed when it only half worked. I know other these things from other sellers work properly, as my sister has one, but I wouldn't buy this product from this seller again. Not worth the cheap price!

I was dismayed to find my new laptop didn't have a mic port so I didn't know how I could get the sound from piano keyboard into the laptop to record my latest chart flop. This product has solved my problem! At less than a quid I was doubtful it would work but I literally plugged it in to the USB port and played into Audacity and it works!! Very happy. I've heard these things are liable to breaking so I will probably invest in a back-up just in case. May as well at this price!

The adapter was detected and installed by windows quickly and it outputted sound. However the quality was not good and a lack of DC output protection caused a constant current to flow through my earphones and heat up. Construction quality is pretty awful, but it is what you get for the price

Super value. I read the reviews prior to purchasing this product but thought the total cost is under £2 so worth a go. Works fine, hopefully stays like that, but even if I get a year out of it, I would still class it as good for the money. I think maybe people have been a bit unlucky with regards to faulty items. Took a while to get delivered as coming from overseas.

Tiene una calidad de sonido buena. Pero es bastante endeble, y la poca separación entre las entradas de audio y micro hacen imposible tener dos cables a la vez en las dos tomas.
