MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 6 GB GDDR5 Memory Pci Express 3.0 Graphics Card - Black

I upgraded my PC with new motherboard, cpu, RAM and GPU. I upgraded from a 970 4g to this beast of a card. I play games on a 58inch 4K HDR 60hz panel. I play everything at 4K. There isn't a game I can't max out with this card. Obviously AA isn't necessary with the top games. I've compared them with and without AA and the end result is exactly the same. This card is so powerful it runs at 4K with AA without any problem. But it's a waste of power. The card has plenty of headroom for overclocking but I just don't need it at present as it copes effortlessly at factory settings. It runs perfectly quietly and without any undue heat issues I read magazines in disbelief when they talk about what is needed to run games at 4K. To be honest I've never read so much rubbish in my life. I could runs games easily at 4K with the 970. It just got easier with the 1070. Games like Witcher 3, fallout 4, GTA 5 run like a dream maxed out at 4K. Obviously this wouldn't be so with a 30hz panel. I have read that the 1080 can't run some games at 4K. Given that it's more powerful than the 1070 I can only conclude that this is complete garbage. In the right set up this card will comfortably run your games at 4K. I don't need to run frame rate tests. I use my eyes. In GTA 5, I drive around at blistering speeds with everything maxed out. It never slows and frame rates are rock solid. This is just one example of what this card is easily capable of. In conclusion The 1070 8g is a superb card for 4K gaming. Seeing is believing. I just wanted to update my review. I have been playing Witcher 3 again. I updated the game with the HD reworked graphics mod. At 4K maxed out (AA not needed) the game looks absolutely incredible. I can't believe my eyes when I play. Sometimes I just ride around the countryside to take in the eyecandy. It's breathtaking. So this is why I'm playing the game again. The gaming X 8 G is an absolutely incredible card. I've not needed to OC it as it has so much power. I've been playing horizon dawn on my new ps4 pro. I'm playing at 4K and the games looks excellent. But when I compared that game to the Witcher it's chalk and cheese. Obviously that's how,it should be as this card costs more than a pro. But it simply illustrates what a great card this is. For true 4K gaming then this the card you want.

TL;DR - Very good card but all 1070's will max out at the same performance due to how overclocking functions with the 10 series. BUY YOUR IDEAL MANUFACTURER FOR THE WARRANTY / SERVICE! Overall this is a very good card but make sure you do your research. Nearly all the 1070's will perform at the same performance and overclock very similarly, depending on your silicon lottery. You should choose your 1070 based on Price and Warranty/RMA. PSA - ALL 1070's WILL RUN AT A MAX OF 2.1GHZ ON THE CORE CLOCK. Some cards can clock higher but they will ALL downclock to ~2.1ghz due to how gpu boost 3.0 functions. Due to this, if you get LUCKY, you could buy a 980ti and overclock it to be faster than a 1070 but as it is older tech, it will not perform at the same level as a 1070 in dx12. The best warranty providers and customer service : - EVGA, hands down #1, if anyone tells you different i will be shocked. - MSI a close #2, below EVGA but way above the rest. - The rest significantly below, not build/quality wise but customer service and warranty wise. Take care when buying any other companies version and do your research. Pros : - Amazing card, very good performance/price ratio, especially when compared to the 1080 - Can overclock the card to 1080 performance. Memory overclocks very well. - Runs VERY quiet and cool. MSI uses a system where the fans are off until 60 degrees.It's currently summer so my room averages at around ~25 degrees. Idle ~32, full load/gaming ~58-64 (normally hover at 60 as the fans kick in). - Amazing performance as a single card. SLI/crossfire currently has issue's in games (both amd+nvidia). Cons : - Only really overclocks at max core clock boost to ~2.1ghz. (Have not tested my max memory clock, currently +800mhz seems stable) - Very pricey but cheaper than the EVGA currently. (unless your lucky and pre-ordered the EVGA when it was £409 via amazon)

Seguramente estarás leyendo esto porque dudas entre comprarte la RX 480 de 4 gb o esta, y la verdad es que es normal por su parecido en el precio, sobre esto creo que da un poco igual porque ambas van a tirar los juegos sobradamente y tienen una potencia similar. (aparte de que no he probado la 480) Mi opinión es dada tras unas semanas de prueba con el FX 8320 y 8 gb de ram, y la verdad es que ha sido bastante positiva, un articulo de gran calidad, bastante grande y muy silenciosa. Su rendimiento en juegos es excelente, el doom a 60 fps como rocas con todo en ultra, Witcher 3 no llega todo todo en ultra pero casi, aun así se ve perfecto, gran potencia para unos años garantizados. El envío de 10, sin desperfectos y rápido.

Nach eine "no name" GeForce GraKa mit Zahlmann Lüfter, welche mir seit Jahren ein Hubschrauber Kabine Gefühl gab, wollte ich ruhe haben ohne ganz auf 3D Spiele verzichten zu müssen. Deswegen Energiebedarf war für mich wichtig. GTX 1050 (Ti) braucht bis 75W, GTX 1060 dagegen bis 120W (laut nVidia TD). Tests in Internet haben mich überzeugt das 1050 Ti genug Kraft für mich hat. Alle Produzenten haben das selbe Chip und der unterschied in Leistung ist auch nicht Gros. Aber andere Komponenten, in besonderes verschiedene Kühlsysteme, sind manchmal ein paar Euro mehr wert. Und da diese Top Variante von MSI nicht nur schnellste sonder auch leiseste in vielen Tests war, habe ich mich für genau diese Karte entschieden. Und ich bin zufrieden: + absolut lautlos, auch in meine alte Spiele (FullHD). Es schaltet die Lüfter an nur wann es schon egal ist (die Voraussetzung ist gut belüftete Tower, dafür gibt es fast lautlose und relative günstige Gehäuselüfter) + gute Verarbeitung, wer "no name" kennt wird der Unterschied sehen + (für mich nicht wichtig) schickes Design, MSI logo und ein paar andere Stellen leuchten (nicht störend, gut gemacht) + kompatibel mit veraltete Systemen (ich habe noch LGA775 , PCIe 1.x) - MSI Software ist langsam und hat Probleme. Aber wer nicht letzte zusätzliche FPS mit Overcklocking holen will kann es deinstallieren. - nicht billig, in diesem Fall versteht man mindestens warum Fazit: will man Schlafzimmer geeignete Rechner konstruieren, auf welche bei Bedarf man auch zocken kann, ist das eine gute Lösung. Hardcore 32'' QHD Gamers wurden vielleicht nicht zufrieden sein, aber passiv gekühlte oder CPU angebaute Variante sind in Spielen um Welten langsame und neben "echte Stromfresser" kann man nicht gut schlafen.

So, mehr oder minder spontan habe ich mich für den Kauf der MSI-GTX1070 entschieden. Kurz zur Problemstellung: Ich zocke auf 21:9 (2560*1080) und gerne auf Full-Details. Meine bisherige GTX970 kommt dann mit den rund 20-30% mehr Bildinformationen (bei 21:9) schnell ins Schwitzen, so dass man einige Abstriche machen muss um 60+ Frames zu halten. Nach einigen Reviews und Tests habe ich mich letztlich für die GTX1070 entschieden. Ich wollte kein Premium-Anschluss-Monster sondern eine solide, bezahlbare Karte. Und die Alternative wäre eine Karte von Palit oder Gainward gewesen. Vorteil bei dieser Karte: Kostenlose Same-Day-Delivery zum gleichen Preis und dazu noch die OC-Fähigkeit sowie das "neue" Lüfterdesign. Dass es kostenlos dazu noch Gears of War 4 gibt, ist ja nun auch nicht verkehrt ;-) Einige Tests bzw. Usermeinungen sprachen von unangenehmen Geräuschen oder Fiepen. Ich kann sagen: Bei mir läuft die Karte tadellos, nahezu lautlos auch unter Last. Die Leistungssteigerung gegenüber meiner GTX970 sind drastisch, stellenweise (laut Benchmarks in Rainbow Six Siege und The Division, jeweils 2560*1080 und Full-Details, alles bis Anschlag) bis 70-90% Geschwindigkeitszuwachs. "Doppelt so schnell wie GTX970" würde ich nicht sagen, aber zumindest nahe dran. Und die Karte kommt auch mit der deutlich erweiterten Auflösung sehr gut zurecht, da geht einiges. Ich kann für mich sagen, dass die Karte genau das erfüllt hat, was sie versprochen hat. Daher gibt es volle Punkt/Sternzahl von mir, ich bin bislang sehr zufrieden. Wenn sie technisch weiter stabil und zuverlässig läuft, bleibt sie natürlich im System (ansonsten hätte ich gerne Ersatz ;-)). MSI ist für mich seit jeher eine gute Bank und auch hier enttäuscht sie nicht - auch wenn ich das OC derzeit nicht nutze, weil es schlicht nicht notwendig ist. Kurz und gut: Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit :-)
