My friend recommended use of these tablets alongside some vitamins. I was a little sceptical but she sent me a video and encouraged me to try it because I have sciatica and other lower back complaints and most days experience some level of discomfort or pain. Initially I started using it and it seemed to be making a difference but I wasn't sure, then I started to forget to take it. The pain, discomfort and stiffness returned and I realised that I hadn't been taking it consistently. Since then, I ensure that I do take it daily and have been surprised to feel the difference, which is a lessening of the stiffness, sciatic pain etc. So I feel can now say these have made a difference to me and I will continue to take them.

I used this along with Swanson NAC N-Acetyl-Cysteine and it has help me significantly with Asian red flush syndrome from ALDH2 mutations. I have the worst of it, I could drink only a beer or two and the next day I would have the worst hangover. However, since I took this along with NAC it has been a miracle, I can at least a enjoy a beer or two and function like a normal person with minimal amount of headache like a normal person. Besides that I have more energy everyday and doesn't not need to sleep so much as I used to be. highly recommended.

I suffer from Neuropathy pain and have been suffering somewhat recently. I happened to read an article that mentioned ALA as a supplement that could help. I came to Amazon and saw this product which sounded a good buy.I took one tablet yesterday & felt odd all day, I felt a kind of tingling all over. At night, I couldn’t sleep a wink, I was physically exhausted but my brain was awake & I just couldn’t fall asleep. Today I feel absolutely terrible, tired & in more pain than ever.I have now done more research and discover insomnia is a know side effect of high dose ALA. I wish I had know, I wouldn’t have touched it if I had.Beware!

Get these for my sister who has Shrogen's Syndrome. Someone bought her a different (cheaper) brand and they didn't work.

This works very well for diabetic patients, it help lower HbA1C and you have to lower the doses of whatever medicine you're taking. My HbA1C was 8.3 which came down to5.7 by regular use of one tablet empty stomach in the morning, of course regular exercise was also involved.
