its not a toy
I don't see it as a toy I see it as am appropriate present for a colleague who is going through the change and constantly has hot flushes. And as she is an elegant lady a black lace fan fitted her perfectly. She loves it. And uses it constantly. Black always goes with every other colour, so when she dresses up the fan don't look out of place. Not suitable for kids unless you don't mind it being broken straight, away as it is delicate. But great if you know an elegant lady who has really hot flushes

Great costume item!
Love my black fan, looks like what I paid for but is good and sturdy. I really like getting this out for any occasion. Doesn't really work well as a real fan but works perfectly for its role as a fancy dress accessory.

Nice and pretty accessory for dressing up. Feels a bit flimsy but most fans are, so be careful if the kids get hold of it. Would have been perfect with a bit of gold/silver detailing on the handle.

Not great quality but good fancy dress prop!
Received dispatch email same day as delivery of item which was a little odd! Item ok, not great quality as had to peel the staves off each other to open the fan but then it's tremendously cheap and great if you just want a fancy dress prop.

Very pretty.
Purchased for international day st school. She couldn’t figure out what she wanted to dress as but this fan worked with both outfits. It’s lovely made and has survived a day in Primary 3 and the playground.

Great for the Mexican day at school
My 7 year old had a Mexican themed day at school. Bought the dress on Amazon but needed something else: Black lace fan: This fan just put the icing on the cake - good quality, good value and will cool you down as well!!! My daughter loved it!!!
