Hi - yes, best one I’ve used. It’s very comfortable and a great support. I normally do around 100-120kg on hip thrusts.

Can someone give me accurate dimensions of this beast gear barbell pad, as there are confusing information on this page.

Can’t give you exact dimensions but it fits Olympic bars and the smaller bars plenty of flexibility in it if that helps

My bar is not as thick as an Olympic, it’s just an Argos Opti bar so about 1 inch in diameter - would this hip thrust pad still wrap tight around it?

I have a 1" bar and the pad fit perfectly around it. It would be more than suitable for what you need, there's plenty of padding to soften hip thrusts. The Beast Gear equipment is really good.

Without a cut-away middle, is this pad comfortable for a man doing heavy hip thrusts?

I left review after only one use as I got emails and wanted to be nice, as the company employees were nice and helpful. All remains true, however after using now for several weeks, it’s definitely uncomfortable ‘for men’ doing heavy hip thrusts 🙈 also, moves quite a lot. On plus side, it’s better than no pad at all. Had I known purpose of cut away pad.... I’d get a cut away pad.
