MPOW = Wow!
I’ve used a few headphone/microphone headsets in the past and found them wanting.This is the first time I’ve bought this brand and would definitely recommend them!The USB connection has a little inline amp that has microphone and headphone mute buttons and volume +- buttons.The sound is totally amazing! I watched the Amazon Echo Spot demo video and was blown away by the sound. The bass was booming and vocal reproduction was crystal clear.I’ve used it for a number of WebEx conferences and had no issues hearing the other attendees or being heard myself.I don’t think you can go far wrong with purchasing this at this price.

Seriously Impressive considering the price
I use these daily for conferencing, mainly via Zoom, and have received multiple compliments on how great the sound quality is at the other end. The inline remote is an absolute must for people who conference often as you are able to mute and unmute yourself very quickly, as opposed to fiddling around for software control in whatever application you are currently using, and you also have a visual red/blue indicator of whether you are muted.I love the way they can be USB or use a normal microphone connection, as this means I can use them on my iPhone 6S when needed, which has proved very useful at times.The sound quality is seriously impressive considering the price, it's almost comparable to some SoundMagic E10's that I have which although cheap themselves have a huge number of reviews commenting on their incredible sound quality for the price. Considering I don't even use these for music (and most won't) that's really quite high praise.They do get a little uncomfortable after long use, but in my experience all over-the-ear headphones do, so I don't really consider this to be negative as it's par for the course.

Comfortable to wear, reasonable total cost.
Got this for my MacBook.These are very good headphones and are compatible with all of my devices which is very convenient! They worked on my iPhone, MacBook Air, PC and my PS4. The headphones are great for this price and I have had no complaints of others not being able to hear me or me sounding muffled.Another awesome perk to this headset is the easy access control box. I can now control the sound on my desktop just with the press of a button on this control box. I am able to mute, turn the volume up or down, plus turn the mic on and off. When the mic is turned on, the button on the control box is blue and it turns red when the mic is off.The feature that I like most about the headphones is that they are very lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Great headset, superb quality and first class audio
I am frequently on conference calls for my work, some of which are dial in and some of which are Skype based. I wanted a headset that gave me the ability to use both computer via USB for the Skype functionality but also the ability to use my mobile phone, so this one was ideal due to the detachable headphone jack from the USB adaptor.First impressions with this headset are that it's of good build quility, excellent sound quality, on par with many high end headphones you would use for audio only, and I say this from someone who takes his music very seriously. Midrange and treble are good across the volume range, bass gives up slightly at higher volumes, but remember we're talking about a sub £20 pair of headphones here so this in my opinion is exceptional performance for the price.The ear cushions are nice and comfortable, and do a good job of isolating you from the outside noise. I do find it a bit odd talking with both ears covered as I can't hear my own voice properly but that will apply to any stereo headsets and is easily overcome either by taking one ear off or just getting used to it.I plugged this into my Windows 10 PC and it immediately recognised and installed the drivers. All audio immediately went to the headset and I was able to make Skype calls without adjusting any other settings. It took a bit of fiddling in Windows to get normal audio to go back to my speakers and only Skype calls to come to the headset, but that's purely a Windows / Skype thing and no criticism of the headset.Call quality is good and clear, I did a Skype test call and on hearing the playback of my recorded voice, it came through very clearly, no issues at all. I've already been on a copule of conference calls where I did a lot of talking and no complaints from anyone, which they would be quick to if there were any issues.The headset is composed of 2 parts, the main headset with standard headphone jack and the USB adaptor. The volume and mute controls are on the USB adaptor and so can't be used if you're plugging into a mobile via the headphone jack. Interestingly, as the adaptor accepts a standard headphone jack you can use other headsets with it as well, I tried this with my current headset and it works fine.If you leave the USB adaptor plugged into the computer and remove the headset from the adaptor, the computer still recognises it's plugged in and sends audio to it, which obviously you can't hear. There's no way of turning the adaptor off other than unplugging it from the USB port but you can switch audio devices via Windows to default to the normal speaker and mic. The simpler solution is probably to just unplug it from the USB port.Now the couple of negatives for which I took off a star:As soon as I put them on I noticed that the sound of the sound of the cable rubbing against my top vibrated into the plastic casing on the left ear which can clearly be heard when wearing them. This is a little bit annoying and could definitely do with being fixed in the next release.The mic can't be raised out of the way, and while it is on a flexable boom it can be pulled back but it would be useful if it could be swiveled up completely out of the way like other headsets. This may pose a particular problem as I work on a variety of sites and often throw my headset into a bag with other stuff, with the mic sticking out all the time I'll need to see how it holds up. It looks sturdy enough but it would be better if it could be swiveled up next to the band.The final thing is the previously mentioned fact that if you unplug the headphone jack from the USB adaptor the computer still sends audio to it, it would be good if the adaptor sensed this and either turned off or told the comptuer somehow to no longer use it for audio.Overall a great headset and well worth the money. Don't let the small criticisms put you off as I've really left them as suggestions to the manufacturer for improvement in the next version rather than for anything that particularly bothers me about the device.

Crystal Clear
The mic is great quality and voices become crystal clear. I use this as I spend a lot of my work on the phone and it enables me to continue writing and using my pc while I talk. My calls are confidential so I don't like the idea of using a Bluetooth headset and using a wired headset means there's no more worrying about the need to charge.
