Finest Milk Belgian Chocolate Bag 900g - Suitable for a Chocolate Fountain and a Chocolate Fondue

Lovely chocolate for choc fountains. would recommend, melts well in microwave and flows nicely, very good and tasty too. Can melt and put in moulds for nice choccies to give away, they look lovely and shiny although need to be kept cool as they melt easily. It's really easy to third fill a mould with choc, scrape it up the sides a bit, let it set in fridge, then add some delicious caramel or dulce leche from M&S and top with more choc and you have a lovely professional looking filled choc. OR melt in microwave for a minute, add marshmallows, cook 20 more seconds - perfect treat for me. I could go on.

This chocolate was a lovely flavour, not like cheap chocolate. It was easy to melt, just pop the bag in the microwave for a minute or two and poured it into the fountain. There were 4 of us eating from it and there wasnt much waste at all. But what was left we poured into a container and the next day we broke it up and had pieces to eat. It seems a bit pricey, but by the time you bought several bars of chocolate and faffed about with adding oil, you wouldnt be saving much. Because of the high cocoa butter content in this, it's already ready to go without adding oil. Just melt and eat. I will buy it again.

I brought these chocolate chips for a chocolate fountain and let me tell you I was not disappointed. The flavour was so rich and you could tell it was authentic Belgian Chocolate. It melts without burnig no need to add extra oil when melting either. Everyone was obsessed with the chocolate and it’s the best tasting Belgian chocolate I’ve had perfect for chocolate strawberries and marshmallows. The price is perfect for the product. It is a bargain in my opinion such rich chocolate for a low price.

This is lovely tasting chocolate chips - very milky. Melts very well for Fondue /drinks etc but its no good for baking Tried them in chocolate chip cookies and well they didn't remain in any shape so the cookies had huge puddles of melted chocolate. Shame it didn't sort of keep their shape but they melt very easily - you can put them in hot milk for a hot chocolate drink, zap in microwave for a few secs to drizzle on fruit or ice cream etc but I wouldn't recommend to use for baking - it tasted good but just looked a bit strange when you expect to see a choc chip melted to about an inch on the cookie.... they taste fab - can't resist eating some every now and then

I was looking for a decent chocolate to use on our small fountain for New Year. After reading reviews I opted for this one. The packaging is good quality and resealable. Instructions are clear and easy to read on the back. We melted first before popping in the fountain. It easily flowed. Was just the right consistency. Taste wise it is okay. I would not say on par with a luxury chocolate though. It does taste quite sickly too after a couple off mouthfuls. This bag is good quality for the money and a little of it goes a long way in a small fountain. I estimate at least 4 to 6 uses. Has a long best by date. I would recommend and will buy again.

Really nice quality chocolate drops which work very well in our (bargain...ahem, cheap) chocolate fountain. Having tried the cheap versions which need smoothing down with sunflower oil (approx a cup at a time) I would much rather pay the extra for these every time. They melt quickly and flow really smoothly with no need for oil. We use about a mug full, and estimate 4-5 uses out of this bag. Once the fun is over, this chocolate cleans up quickly and easily with little mess - mostly because we've not had to add the oil so its not like cleaning up an oil slick afterwards! Spare chocolate can be tipped into an airtight container and saved for the next time, when it melts nicely and tastes just as good.

Actually purchased this chocolate for a dip but suddenly discovered hungry teens had managed to discover my stash of chocolate for making ganache. I was wary of using this as I prefer good quality and darker chocolate to make a ganache to decorate cakes. I was worried it would be too sweet and sickly. Well I was so wrong! This was an excellent product. My 2:1 choc:cream cream ganache was shiny and smooth and not too sweet at all. It set well and the recipient of the cake loved it. I’ll actually be buying this in future for baking.

I bought this to try and do something a bit special and different for my son's birthday. We used a chocolate fountain from Aldi. We pre melted the chocolate in the microwave. I'd recommend halving the time in the microwave and checking it regularly and stiring it during heating as not to burn it. I burned it and it still tasted good! Texture was perfect for the fountain without the need to add oil unlike with other chocolate I've used in the past. Interms of flavour, it's spot on. High quality, far from cooking chocolate taste more like a good level chocolate.
