Comfy, stable and durable
I am using these for playing table tennis. I was using outdoor sneakers with thin soles before that and that was not working too well for me. These were cheaper than most special table-tennis shoes that I saw and I had concerns, but they turned out very comfy, stable and durable. They do the job for me excellently. I would recommend them to anyone playing table tennis (probably any indoor sports as long as ankle protection is not needed) on recreational level.

My go-to squash shoe for over thirty years!
I have been using this type of squash shoe for many years, replacing each worn-out pair with a new identical version. Yes, there is not much padding underfoot, and yes, the shoe can wear out from the inside, but the design is light, classic, and grips well. However, now that I am pushing sixty, I think I need a shoe with more padding underfoot - I suffered painful shin splints for the first time recently, when I tried playing badminton competitively for the first time in 15 years....
