The proper tool
Just the ticket for cutting cable seals on cargo trailers - easily worth its weight in cuss words.Fits neatly into the tool pocket on my carpenter-style shorts.I'd like one sliiiightly larger. possibly with compound leverage, but, hey - who wouldn't, amirite?

Not that great for 1/8" wire
Not that great for 1/8" wire. I returned them and bought a slightly larger cutter. The quality is not that great and they wouldn't last that long in my estimate cutting wire of 1/8".

Great tool at a good price.
Steel cable is difficult to cut neatly but these cutters were excellent. Nice flat cuts on up to 5/32nds cable and really high quality for the price.

Works fine when adjusted properly
Tension nut keeps coming loose, cutters will not leave a clean cut until the nut is properly tightened. Works fine when adjusted properly.
