These seals are for American Standard Champion MAX 4 toilets and they ;work very well. They are very easy to install and I don't think you can beat the price. I highly recommend this product. I have three of these toilets in my house and I keep these seals on hand as with constant use they are bound to ware out at some point and having parts on hand is the only prudent thing to do.

Fit exactly and stopped the leak.

Worked great after I doubled the small o rings. Switched gasket and o ring but kept leaking until I compared the small o ring to the one I took out and wasn’t as thick so doubled up and took care of the problem

American standard toilets seem to have a problem with this seal causing phantom flushes. This fixes it and is a good buy in the three pack.

The o-rings are not needed on the MAX model and the silicone seals fit perfectly on mine and stopped the constant leak. You won't find videos online of disassembling a MAX vs a regular Champion 4. You need to unhook the chain, then hold the plastic black "spike" that goes underneath the plunger top and then spin the counter clockwise top to remove. Its got a notch before it unscrews so you think its about to break, then it snaps out and lets you unsrcrew it. Once removed be sure to orient the "spike" so it doesn't fall through the bottom of the valve, you'll see 2 notches that prevent this at 180 degrees out from each other, rest it opposite those notches. The hardest part is seperating the plastic ring from the plunger top to remove the silicone seal. Hold the plunger top firm and unscrew the plastic ring counter clock wise, its just a simple 2mm rotation to free it and remove the seal. WIpe down both the seal and the valve in the toilet with a wet clean rag and reinstall.

Replacement parts were exactly as described

This is a genuine American Standard Flush Value Seal which I used to replace the old seal in the Champion toilet. I looked at you-tube videos first before attempting to change the seal. The hardest bit was turning the thumbscrew counter-clockwise. Someone suggested in earlier reviews to pour a little hot water over the thumbscrew if it was too tight to turn. That trick worked. After that it was easy to replace the seal and re-assembly the unit. Happy to say that the toilet tank is no longer leaking!

It looks like it is the exact same size as the original seal, however the toilet lost enough water in the first 15 minutes after replacement that it needed to refill. Tried all 3 with same result. Save your money! Going to buy the American Standard brand for almost 3x the price but hopefully it will work!
