Late delivery
The order did not arrive the following day. The seller changed the delivery date and time, said they had tried to deliver but we were not in (we were in and waiting for it) and then brought the following day - about 5 days in total. The box was very bashed but the product is just what we wanted.

Bots missing, still waiting!!
Turned up packaging damaged and testing strips missing. Spoke to seller and was told about a week later that they would send me the missing items within a few days but still haven’t received them. This is 3 weeks after contact. Apart from that the product is as expected does the job.
