Bought this for my parents before my mother passed away. They both used it on occasion and it's easy to put together and easy to adjust and use. Neither of them had any trouble with it whatsoever. Once it is put together I do find that it does get in the way when it's not in use. I have tripped over it several times. Anyway, it's good, sturdy and does what it's advertised as doing.

Great help, now have confidence in getting in and out of bath shower.

Broke my leg and bought this so I could sit in bath for shower, was easy to put together and to adjust height but the legs were a little bit too big for it to fit in bath correctly, used it once but didn't feel safe for this reason so got something else instead. The stool I keep in my spare room to use at my desk, it's sturdy on flat surface, just didn't fit my bath

This stool is perfect for me in the shower. It doesn't slip or move about. You can adjust the height to suit your legs. It's so much safer for me now

Super lightweight and easy enough to build (unlike some people's comments on here you need a little common sense!) I've added a photo to help those who are challenged by the concept that it won't build properly. Fit the A leg bolts first. Don't overtighten just catch the bolts in. Then add the 2nd leg and attach the B bolts. Make sure you put the correct leg on first, check the centre depression bit. Now in turn, go round and tighten these bolts down. Eventually it'll pull down tight enough that when you slide the centre bolt in that will also be able to catch the thread and tighten. Now when you 'think' it's tight, flip it over and get someone to sit on it. You'll probably find the extra weight will help the seat flex down towards the legs and you can tighten the bolts even more until there's no more wobble or wiggle and everything is sturdy. Set the legs to the height you need and pop it in the shower. Job's a good 'un. Happy safe seated washing.

If you are someone who could get easily injured be careful. I was in the shower and the centre screw fell out and the bar had bent and started to split, this resulted in the legs to become very unstable and unsafe. Before I had this issue this seat was very sturdy and held me well as (in the weight limit) wider human. The anti slip pattern on the seat can be difficult to clean if you don't have the correct cleaning products

This stool was exactly as advertised and sits in my shower. It is wide enough to sit comfortably in the shower or away from under shower to dry feet & legs. Easily cleaned & can be adjusted to different heights to suit. Would recommend .
