Have been taking glucosamine supplements for about 6 weeks and oh boy can I notice a difference. My joints feel better, less aches and pains. These are easy to swallow and reasonable on the purse.

Basically it does what it says on the tin so to speak if you need vitamins at this is where you should be great shop many thanks

Works slowly so would have to take it for at least 6 weeks to see and feel a noticeable difference. Still a good product.
