Delivered yesterday so can't comment yet on its efficacy but disappointed that the instructions on the carton and container are in German which I don't speak. I have a fair few allergies so I can't tell if there are any ingredients I shouldn't be taking. Also the capsules are huge and not easy to swallow and I have bruised my throat taking one. I'll give them a fair trial but I'm not hopeful.
