I was told to get this by my personal trainer to help shape my waist....I wear this thing every day for at least an hour and it seems to be doing what it's supposed to.

Velcro loses its clinging capabilities
After using this item for a couple weeks the velcro no longer held the waist trimmer in place. Ther was no grip, the trimmer is useless at this point.
