Could someone tell me what the ingredients are in this spray please and does it have parabens?

I can't be 100% sure but I don't think it has any parabens, it is a very good product

Does this come in a sealed pack? I ordered a different make and had to return it because the box was open and the bottle wasn’t sealed.

The one I received was sealed but it was some time ago. It is of limited use didn't moisten the mouth long enough for me but better than nothing.

How good if this stuff really?

I personally do not find this helpful and have only tried it once. I suffer with Sjogrens Syndrome which makes my mouth very dry - this spray actually stings and does not really lubricate for my need. I find Bio-Xtra mouth gel and spray by far the best for me and far more effective. But it depends on your personal preference.
