Used as a foot wash
I buy Epsom Salts to make a soak for my feet. It has a moisturising effect and also has antiseptic qualities when dissolved in hot water. This is a good size for storage and is good value for money. I did baulk a bit at the cost of postage but because of the lock-down I decided to throw caution to the wind. I have to say that the product arrived in under 12 hours(!!!) so I think it was money well spent. As yet I haven't actually used the product but the texture is very fine so I think it's of the highest quality and I have no reason to believe it won't live up to expectations.

Research before using!
Good product and ok price. I did read a review about epsom salts not actually working for muscular pain etc so do some proper research first and make up your own mind( I dont think it works). 1 KG will probably not going to be enough to have a bath in. I bought 25 kg off ebay for a very decent price around £15( not food grade I don't think). Of course if you don't already know, this is not the kind of salt you mix with food but more to soak in baths or for colon/liver cleansing.

Go easy if you have a sensitive stomach!
Well I can't dispute the effectiveness of this stuff... It may taste vile but I haven't marked it down for this on the grounds that epsom salts of all brands are just as bad! I started off with half a teaspoon in a small tumbler of warm water and built up to one teaspoon. For my sensitive stomach that was more than enough, frankly. Results are very swift (about an hour for me) and it's a big pot at a good price so very pleased.

Perfect for a nice warm bath!
Doesn’t really have much of a scent which is perfect for me as I am very scent sensitive. I use it when I take a bath and it works well for my bones and fibromyalgia.
