Olay Anti-Wrinkle Firm and Lift 2-in-1 Moisturiser and Anti-Ageing Primer, 50ml

Have used this a few years now but it seems to have been discontinued so was pleased to find it here. It suits my skin and it a good primer before makeup. A great product.

Is great for firming and priming. Scent was a bit strong for me and it was a little iritating, probably from the perfume but not so I wouldn't use.

Background: I've never used a primer before but wanted to try one. As I'm a bit on the lazy side, this one seemed to fit the bill as it's 2-in-1 (moisturiser/primer) so I thought it would be better than adding another step to my skincare routine.Unfortunately, I found it just not moisturising enough. My skin is over 40 and on the dry side. I found that I needed to use more CC cream than usual to blend over it. I use Bourjois 123 CC cream which is supposed to be moisturising in itself as well, but I still found I wasn't getting enough moisture from the Olay.Having said that, when I use this product OVER a moisturiser, it does prime my skin nicely for the CC cream and it then glides on nicely like it should.So overall, it's a nice primer (and a nice price!) which must be more moisturising than most primers, but one which I must use a moisturiser under. It ends up being an extra step after all for me, but I think it's worth it really to get a nicer finish to my makeup.

I bought this by accident I thought it was something else and 1 click bought it in a rush. I actually really like it. I'm 30 but experience that horrible powdery look under my eyes when trying to wear make up. I've tried lots of primers including Rimmel and Benefit but none have been able to fix this. This product, however, has taken it away completely. It may be the extra hydration it provides as it has completely erased the flakey look. Feel smooth. I have greasy zones with really dry patches and this really evens it all out.

Doesn't seem to work well as a primer - my foundation slipped off by the afternoon. Not moisturise enough for dry skin so foundation didn't sit that well. Would probably be better for normal / oily skin.

Only primer I use!I have tried loads of separate primers and they always feel as if they are sitting on top of the skin but this soaks in like a moisturiser but keeps make up looking good all day.I do have quite oily skin and this doesn’t totally control the oil by the end of the day but neither do primers that are 5 times the price!

Bought this product because what I wanted was out of stock and I was lucky because I am now converted. Love this cream, it does exactly what it says on the tin and works well. It doesn't leave my skin greasy or dry it out. Nice to apply and a little goes a long way. I use it several times a week and I've still only used a third of then bottle.

Like it, the product doesn’t have any perfume in it, goes on and doesn’t feel like it’s clogging your pores.

Arrived early and works as expected

Pensaba que sería el serum, pero es una hidratante. Aún así la estoy usando y hace su función que es hidratar.
