I used as a preventative measure as that particular engine was notorious for headgasket failure and the car is still running in 2022 never having had a problem with the engine except an alternator, so I would say long term damage is ZERO. I have used it in all my cheap runaround cars I have bought as my 3 sons got thier first cars and never had problems with it. Overall it seems to me to be a great product. **Q: Im doing a coolant flush but when i fill the system back up do i fill with plan water or antifreeze to add the k seal** A: fill system up as normal using antifreeze and add k-seal **Q: How much would I need to use for a 1.2L vehicle? So happy ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value product *by R***N on 29 March 2026* Great product, works really well! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ K-Seal seems to be working, and save myself £800 *by R***H on 19 May 2026* My water pump was leaking, it cost me £800!! to have a new one fitted, only to learn that this is an ongoing problem with AudQ5, low and behold, about 2 years later, this new water pump started leaking also!!
