High quality, bioavailable Vitamin D3 supplement
I always choose the D3 form of vitamin D as itโs the most effective for the body. Solgarโs Vitamin D3 is sourced from lanolin (from sheepโs wool), which is the same form our body naturally produces from sunlight, making it highly bioavailable and effective. The formula is clean gluten free, sugar free, and with no artificial colours or flavours. Each tablet provides 1000 IU (25 ยตg), the ideal daily dose to support bones, teeth, muscle function and the immune system. With 180 tablets you get a full 6 month supply, and the tablets are small and easy to swallow. Iโve tried other brands before, but Solgar stands out for its purity, quality and trustworthiness.

Real deal
It is the real deal. Have been taking similar strength Vit D from another brand from Amazon, but completely rubbish. Had flashing cover and lots of claims of quality but waste of money. I felt tired and finally decided to find another brand. This seems to be a reputable brand and I am happy to save it is working. Within few days I can feel the energy levels going up and less tired. Don't waste money on rubbish and buy this reputable product.

No more upset stomach!
I've tried a few different Vitamin D3 supplements over the years, and this is one of the few that doesn't upset my stomach. Softgels and gel capsules have bothered me in the past, but these small solid yellow tablets are easy to swallow and have never caused me any issues. The price is comparable to other brand name supplements, and they have zero after taste. I take one every day with a meal that contains some healthy fats and carbs, and it's become an easy part of my daily routine. If you've had trouble with other Vitamin D supplements causing stomach discomfort, this one is definitely worth trying. It's been reliable, gentle on my stomach, and exactly what I was looking for.
