Can i use this product in the Bissell spot cleaner? And will it be safe to use on upholstery?

Don't know about spot cleaner It does sometimes take a little colour out so do a test 1st

How long for my carpet to dry after using this?

It really depends on how much you keep going over it and that depemds on how dirty it is. I ususally leave the carpet about 3-4 hours
