Griffin Silk Beading Cord and Needle, Size 4, White

Just started to use this fir the first time, nice cord .

Very pleased with this purchase. The pre-attached beading needle makes this silk really easy to use. If you're wanting to try stringing beads, or if you find threading a beading needle fiddly, I recommend this product as it's really easy to use. Unwind the full length of silk, and tie a knot in the end without the needle. Then thread your beads onto the silk using the end with the needle, until you have the desired amount of beads strung for your necklace (or bracelet, or whatever you're making). Then you can cut off the strung beads, leaving the remaining length of silk with the needle attached, so you can make another necklace. You get 2 metres of silk, so you will have enough for more than one necklace. When you unwind the silk, it will have some kinks in it from being wrapped around the card. But don't worry, as these will not affect your necklace and when the beads are strung onto the silk it will appear "straight". The beading needle is made of flexible wire, so it's really easy to use and guide it through the beads. Having it already attached was really convenient, as I find threading beading needle very fiddly.

I received the pack of Griffin Silk Beading Cord very quickly but did not start rethreading my beads until after Christmas. I found the thread so easy to use and the needle was already attached to the silk which made the job even easier. I now have a lovely necklace to wear that has been sitting in a box for goodness knows how many years. I still have some left too and will continue to use it for other necklaces in need of repair.

I like it as it is the very best thread for my pearls and beads. It's as simple as that.
