Great sound with intuitive app and sleek look
Love there! You need to ensure that you use the app. Or sometimes both headphones will not connect! The sound quality was surprisingly decent. I thought it was gonna be muddy but it wasnt. The app also let's you fully customised the EQ and has a lot useful presets. The fit well and look great in the earAll and all a great and worthwhile purchase for £75! Makes the commute to and from work less cumbersome because there are no wires.

Great earbuds for their connection and fit. Case could be better...
These are the first buds I have found that do the two important things for me. Stay well connected to the phone/each other and fit my small ears. I have tried many other buds (bragi, sonys etc) but they either do one or the other or neither. They fit well with the secure fins and connect well the phone. The connection between the buds seems pretty solid. Only had a couple of minor drops (probably 3 times in the whole week I have used them so far and I use them 4-5 hours a day). These drops only happened in Waterloo station (where it is extremely wifi/signal heavy), which seems to be the killer of all other buds I have tried, but the Runs handled the busy congested Waterloo station really well. Had no other drop outs at all on trains or walking around London. Really nice that they work so well in that regard. They sound good but not amazing, good enough for daily commute, workouts etc. Not for the audiophile though. Good highs and bass. Mids are a little weak but it still offers a nice flat sound. Can customise in app a little but find the stock profile seems good. Also I tend to get more than the advertised 4 hours per charge so that is also good. The reason for dropping 1 star is the charging case is a bit poor compared to the buds. The case works fine but they show you throwing the case in your gym bag as part of their advertising but the button is so sensitive it will just open and your buds fall everywhere. Why didn't they go with a magnetic clip or a clasp snap type lid (like a glasses case)? That would have been way better. Also the shape of the charging case is too big for your pocket so taking them out without a bag is a bit of a pain. They do provide a nice little pouch for those times but they offer litter protection for them if you squeeze them in your pocket. Also they have opted for SBC codec on the audio (vs say AAC) which lowers the quality of the sound (guessing they did this to give it a more stable connection). On some music/instruments you do hear a little crackle - very minor and not on all music but enough to know they are using the lower bandwidth codec. Still, they do sound decent for what they do.Finally they do not provide any foam tips and have ended up using some InAirs foams cut down which allow the buds to go deeper in the ear and fit better. Not a problem as InAirs are not expensive but would have been nice to have a couple of pairs of foam tips too.Overall, anyone looking for secure, reliable, decent sounding buds, I can recommend these (have looked for ages and tried loads and these are the first ones I will be keeping!).

Ok for gym and short runs
Had high hopes for these considering the price, but disappointed. I used them for running whilst training for a marathon and as soon as you start sweating and moisture gets into your ear they’re hopeless. Also connectivity is a frequently dodgy and the battery life is poor. Great for the gym and short runs, and even day to day use, but not for distance running.

More development work required
I had read some good reviews of this product, but many criticised the connectivity. And boy, they weren't wrong! I paired them with a Garmin Forerunner 645 Music and ran with them three times over the course of over 5 hours. The connectivity was terrible and seemed to follow a pattern. As you run and your Garmin wearing arm moves backwards and forwards, the connectivity seemed to drop out in alternate ears. This was so continuous and so distracting that it induced disorientation and I have to take them out. This would suggest that the receivers in the buds are simply not up to the job (the only way I could get them to stay connected was to run with my hands on my head!)I think there is potential for a good product here.....just not yet. What Jaybird have is a non-functioning prototype with at least another 12 months worth of development required.I swapped mine for some Jabra Elite Active 65t. I have had issues with Jabra earphones in the past (two pairs - both eventually failed to recharge) so was a little nervous about spending more money with them. However, the Elite Actives have been great - much better sound quality than the Jaybirds and no connectivity issues

Expensive and always disconnecting, falling out and not loud enough
OK, the sound quality on these is OK but nothing wildly better than other bluetooth wireless headphones bearing in mind they are twice the price of even the higher range headphones. These are one of the most expensive wireless bluetooth in ear running/sport headphones.First gripe. Don't know about Apple but on Android. They connect seamlessly maybe 60% of the time. Other 40% no connection or worse still, you start the run and then for no reason they disconnect and in the middle of the run you are fiddling about . Or they just don't connect at the start. I am pretty technical but there is a lot of faffing about with the connecting. It is not seamlessSecond gripe. They fall out. Like every time. I must have weird ears or something. I have tried the different ear moulds but they still fall out. Onto the road. In the middle of a run in the freezing cold, I have found myself looking under cars trying to find the one that has fallen out.Third gripe - battery life is only 4 hours. OK for running, this is probably OK and the charging in a box is neat but if you want to use them for anything else, forget it. Again at this price ...Bottom line. Just not worth the price.

Very good for the price
I bought these at a deeply discounted price of £40. For this price it is a steal. Yes, connection sometimes drops in one ear for no reason but for the price I paid, i am very happy but would be very annoyed if i paid the full price. The fit is very secure and never had any slips during runs up to 10k
