Decent strength compared to extremely high others
So many supplements are 2000-3000 IU which actually can cause more problems or side effects than it helps fix, doctor highly recommended going with something in a 250-500 IU range if your in the UK, as the others are too high.I've had the same results of more energy and better mood like I get using others, but piece of mind that I'm not over doing it on dosage, so highly recommend.

I just completed taking this supplement and I must say it has helped improve my health. I was told I had polys by the doctor but my recent visit to another doctor after a few months I was told there was no polyps. I cant say for sure if it was this supplement that helped but I believe it must have contributed to it. I will make another purchase again after I finish taking the COD liver oil which I purchased along side with it.
