Used this product as I have a painful back. Good support, lightweight. Suitable for the elderly.

I injured my lower back and was in a lot of pain . I ordered this for extra help for my recovery. I have to say its very good quality and was very supportive. It’s not a cure but certainly helps with the pain and helps to be more mobile .

The brace is so simply to use and put on. It does the job really well.

I suffer with lower back pain and this belt helps ease it . Easy to wear and comfortable .

Some reviews said it reduced pain but it didn't for me.It held in my stomach which was uncomfortable and pushed excess flesh above the bandIt did help with posture and might be more beneficial if you have a flat stomach and not overweight.

Back Support Belt by BraceUP Over the years I have purchased numerous belts and back supports, with varying degrees of success. This one however is the best one I have ever purchased, mainly because the adjustability. It is Easy to use, comfortable to wear and by far the most effective I have ever used. It gives hours of relief, competitively priced and I can highly recommend it with confidence.

Trouser/jeans waist size 38/40" (maybe 36/38" in Levi jeans). Chest size always XL or 2XL for t shirts from M&S. BraceUp size XXL seems about right for me. I'd say if anything it is on the big size and I'd guess this size would work for folks bigger than me. The range of wast size that each size of BraceUp covers is probably quite large i.e I could see this XXL fitting guys a size down from me but also much bigger guys too.How loose/tight you need to wear it is an individual thing and you get better at guessing what you need after a few go's at it.I got this to help me get round the golf course, and the difference was quite marked. I put it on over a very thin fitness shirt, and then put my golf shirt/bigger t shirt over it. I wouldn't fancy it next to my skin, a bit prickly material I reckon. I do all this in the car park and arrive on the 1st tee already kitted out. It is noticeable under my golf shirt, but so what. Saying that it is not hugely thick and no-one has mentioned it unless I have first.The biggest difference it makes for me is in the rotation of the swing. I still have a reduced back swing but the distances haven't tailed off as much as you'd think. I suspect that taking the club about 25-50% as far back as i used to is counter-balanced by an increased chance of being able to hit the sweet spot of the club face each time. Accuracy has improved, distance has dropped only 10-20 yards. Hmm, interesting.I played right through this summer and it hasn't been uncomfortable in the hot weather.Because it's on over a thin shirt, there's a bit of slippage and i just pull it up a bit. Adjustment of tightness is easy, using the 2nd cross straps (one on each side of you. You pull these forward one in each hand and secure them using a strong Velcro patch somewhere across your midriff or wherever you position it. How hard or soft you pull these straps across determines how tight this will be on you, and the amount of support you require.I bought it for when I play golf, and it cost approx. 25 quid. If you are anything like me, this is probably one of the cheaper items you will buy to help improve/maintain your performance, and it really is money well spent.

Excellent product

Well-made and well-fitting belt. This replaced one from another brand I'd purchased years ago and finally wore out. This is firm yet comfortable. Relieved sciatic/ lower lumbar pain immediately while using to move landscape rock.

This is adjustable, soft enough that it does not harm you but firm enough that it provides perfect support. Would 100 percent recommend!

THIS SUPPORT BELT IS STELLAR..... Custom adjustment, easy to wear and to remove, provides awesome support that you can adjust as per your needs and how your day goes.....I wish I would have had this belt when I was working in a physically demanding job during my teens....I wear this over my clothes including at the gym to protect my back and when I'm doing a lot of hard labour. Looks great and I love that ..like i previously mentioned....you can readjust it at any time you need less or more support. Personally I think this belt is designed to impressive detail...from the aerated portions primarily for your back ( if you're lifting a lot your back tends to sweat a lot so this helps a lot!), there are rubbery bits that keep it place and I love the adjustable areas. Black is always a winner and the logo is clean and professional and properly positioned and in proportion to the size of the belt. I have purchased three of these belts including a couple for my teens who use them at the gym to protect their backs and at work where they are required to lift a lot of heavy boxes. Regardless to say, the price point for this item is quite reasonable and well worth it. It is without hesitation that I recommend you invest in this product to protect your back..... awesome all around :D
