Can this product differentiate between ketones and alcohol? Is it accurate if used while drinking?

I’ve tried using it but too complicated for me so cannot give a good answer, sorry I bought it to be honest

wich model is this one 2015 or 2017?

It's the 2017 model, (and mine works perfectly).
