Satin Mahogany Concert Ukulele with White Binding (KA-C)

This ukulele was bought for me as a present.when presented with it I first thought it would be a toy not as it turns out a serious instrument. How wrong I was, if you wish to learn to play a ukulele buy a Karla ka-c concert, I am a reasonable guitar player and so was able to learn quite quickly, the support on the Internet is amazing for these instruments. This uke by Karla is outstanding value for money it stays in tune it sounds good, it looks good, it has a quality nut and bridge and Aquila strings. Must mention omega music the supplier I am sure they must give these instruments the once over before sale because my example just plays so well, being a concert size gives more room for fingering, I can't put the damn thing down, JUST BUY IT!

I've played guitar for many years now, but over the the last few I decided to take up a learn to play some new instruments. First was a harmonica, then the Irish whistle and this year I decided upon the Ukulele. After checking out a host of Ukulele reviews the Kala KA-C seemed to be favored by a lot of players. So that's the model I went for. I must admit that I'm delighted with this little instrument. The quality of the tuners and good strings help to keep the instrument in tune for extended playing. After researching the correct way to both hold and strum the Ukulele, I'm getting a pleasing overall sound from this instrument. The woods used to construct this model give a good rounded sound and the instrument will fit in very nicely on some of the songs I play within the Folk Band I perform with. This is a great little instrument to play as a starter and good enough to hold it's own for live performance. I would be surprised if you can find a fault with this little gem. I love it.

A beautifully finished ukulele that holds its tuning very well and sounds just wonderful. I love it and I can't put it down. Stay away from plastic ones and just save a little more you will not regret this purchase. Make sure you buy a proper uke tuner, a capo and also a gig bag or hard case if you can afford it

Needed something to tinker with cuz I don’t have my guitar and didn’t want to buy another guitar either so decided to get this. Great build, sounds good and man is the size so cute haha. Guitar skills transferred pretty well. I can imagine getting a more expensive one but for this price I don’t believe that you could get a better uke. Perfect for beginners who are a bit more serious and guitarist like me who want to play something on the side

Excellent value for money

I have wanted to have a Ukulele for a long time. I bought my 4 year old daughter a pink cheap one from local charity shop and really liked how good it sounded even though it was pretty bad. Action higher than a multi story car park and stayed in tune for about a minute. So I treated myself to this little beut. It is very easy to play stays in tune and has a really lovely sound. I have played the guitar professionally for over 30 years and I wish guitars were as easy to play and as reasonably priced. Its great just to sit and strum and it makes me happy :)

My first ever Ukulele. Actually it’s my first ever stringed instrument and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The Ukulele seems well constructed and looks great. Although I’m no expert I do know what a Ukulele should sound like and this sounds like a Ukulele. 🙂 I would advise anyone that doesn’t own a clip on tuner to buy one when you purchase your Ukulele because you’ll need to constantly tune it initially as the strings will stretch.

I think it is fab. Its my first musical instrument since childhood (now age 45) and great. Bought a tuner and book to go with it and enjoying myself. Great thing is everyone else loves it too. My son has changed his Chrismas list to make this top request :) I am not a musician so cannot really elaborate on technical issues but it is easy to tune, and sounds great. In summary I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it. Packaging and delivery speed were excellent too.

Upgrading from a beginner’s ukulele. For the significant improvement in sound quality, this uke is very reasonably priced. Sturdy with a nicely crafted body.

die ukulele ist wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet, hat einen schönen klang und das sagt kein anfänger. auf jeden fall sehr zu empfehlen. ich spiele sehr oft drauf (hab allerdings noch 8 andere).

Kala offre un ukulélé concert de qualité pour un prix très raisonnable. Très beau fini et belle sonorité.

Nel suo range di prezzo è davvero un ukulele di ottima fattura. Mi serviva un ukulele da portare con me senza disperarmi se veniva strapazzato un po'. Questo Kala è perfetto, ha un suono caldo ed emette delle vibrazioni molto belle, che permettono di modularne il timbro. Piacevole da suonare, leggero, è anche molto carino. Le difficoltà nell'accordatura durano solo pochi giorni, io lo suono da neanche una settimana e già noto la differenza: le corde si allentano sempre meno ed è molto facile riaccordarlo. Che dire? il prezzo è ottimo e segnalo che la tastiera, anche se è scritto che è in noce, a me sembra di palissandro.
