Lily's Kitchen Proper Food for Dogs Breakfast Crunch Chicken with Turkey, Fruit & Yoghurt, 800g

I wouldn’t normally write a bad review on a product that has always been good. However, as I have no other means of communicating my dissatisfaction with the latest batch, I feel I have no other option. The seller really needs to know that these biscuits, which are usually excellent, were dreadful. As soon as I opened the packet my nose was assaulted by a rancid smell of old, mouldy biscuits. Very odd as they were in date and sealed. Something had clearly gone wrong somewhere and I certainly wasn’t going to give them to my dogs. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy the actual product again, they are excellent biscuits - just not from Amazon.

I buy this product regularly from elsewhere so I know what this should look like and smell like and more importantly so does my dog. When I opened it the biscuits are overbaked and they didn't contain the fruit they should contain. Also they should smell like a fruity cereal bar these smell like cheap dog biscuits. But more importantly my dog wouldn't touch them and she loves these when I buy them from Lilys website. These are going straight in the bin as I'm not convinced they are the real deal.

I have been ordering this for years. Had several batches that are over baked (actually burnt) and too hard for my dogs. I have small dogs and break them up some are very dark brown and way too hard. Dog will not eat and it’s a total waste of money.Tried to return items but was told by amazon I had to contact directly. Clearly a problem with quality control sending out several boxes of burnt biscuits.

I have been buying these for years, but will NEVER buy again - my dog is ill because of them, I didn't notice they were all mouldy, fed him them, and now have to take him to the vet (they were in date till 2019) - you think you are doing right by your dog buying a premium product, think again.

My dog didn’t like this. I mixed it in with his usual food and he wouldn’t eat it. Another expensive and wasteful buy from Lily’s.

I’ve tried to upload a photo - this is the second box with an opened package inside exposing the food to the elements. The food could be contaminated and I certainly couldn’t give it to my dogs as it could cause illness

My dogs didn't like these at all. Bought them as they had received great reviews. Gradually tried to introduce them into my dogs diet however they completely refused to eat them. Gave them to my mum for her dogs which normally eat everything in sight and even they weren't keen.

I think that this product gave my dog very horrible diarrhoea. I liked the idea of them because the ingredients sound nutritious but boy it DIDN"T agree with my dog. I wont be ordering this again.

My dog LOVES Lily's Kitchen food and especially the breakfast crunch! I actually just sprinkle a small hand full over her regular dry food as kind of special food topper--she loves it! I first found Lily's Kitchen food while we were living in London and am SO happy that I can get it in Los Angeles for about the same price (and with free shipping).

Meine Hündin ist extrem wählerisch, aber die Kekse scheinen wirklich zu schmecken, was mich freut. Leider war eine Hälfte der Verpackung im Karton aufgerissen, so dass ich diese nicht mehr verfüttern kann. Schade. Da muss sich der Hersteller unbedingt was einfallen lassen.
