This is the 2nd device, which I am purchasing for my sister. The 1st I bought in November 2017 for myself. I spend a lot of time and effort on my face - triple cleanse, exfoliate, overnight firming, moisture plumbing.....This device has been part of my facial regime ever since. Used twice a week, over hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C, I have seen refinement of pores and some stubborn lines which I've had for more than 10 years, diminish. Nothing had worked on 2 patches of stubborn lines beneath the eyes, until I used this device. They won't disappear, but now they look like fine lines, which are acceptable for my age. I am a vain 70, love it when the skincare specialists critically stare at my face and flatter me that I am in my mid 50s.

It does heat up much at all. They lie about the temperatures. Unless I have a faulty one? I did contact them to let them know it doesn't really heat up much but nothing was done. Save your money and get something better

Arrived promptly and well packaged. Instructions very vague. I having been using regularly but not sure using properly, sometimes I feel a pricking sensation on skin others it just seem to be the infa red light then it turns itself off, very hard to keep it working consistently but that may be me.

I have used this every day since I purchased and have to say there is absolutely no difference. Most dissatisfied.

I had researched RF therapy but was hesitant to spend a lot of money on my first device as I wasn't sure it really works. i can say after 6 months I am truly AMAZED. This has lifted my face, tightened my skin on my face and neck and even the undereye area. The first time i used it, it burnt my skin a bit but after a few times, you get used to it and it doesn't burn at all. Start off on the low setting.The only thing I am not confident about is the safety for this device, it emits radio frequency waves, which shouldn't be harmful but as this is made and ships from China - what are the safety tests? These devices are not for sale in the UK and I wonder if safety is something to do with that. So I would hesitantly reccommend this device but if you can find a manufactuer in the US or Europe with safety standards then that would be better. Next time I will spend more on a better version, but this is still going strong.

This small facial device does ALL which is stated on the box.It is worth buying-and you save a lot of money,than visiting a beauty salon,who charge the earth.IT LIFTS-TIGHTENS-PLUMBS the facial features and has erased many of my freckles.BUY AND TRY FOR YOURSELF--from a very pleased customer.

I have used this a few times now on my neck and face. Haven't noticed any difference. Very disappointed with this product

Its hard to give comment so soon after recieving my Carer Wrinkle Face Lift device. Only time will tell! or not1
