Arrived on time. This is my go to for a relaxing bath whilst I’m reading or soak in the foot spa whilst I’m watching TV. Leaves the skin feeling sooo soft and smooth, plus helps you achieve a great nights rest afterward. A lil goes a long way. I buy it frequently and would recommend.

i have fibromyalgia and me. these are my saviour for my poor body. i mix them with epsom salts or just with a good descent amount of bubble bath. i always feel much lighter after a good soak in these. i now have them subscription. these are just the thing for my poorly muscles. always delivered intact!

I unfortunately have ehlers danlos syndrome which is hell for my body and causes a lot of pain and fatigue. I can’t remember what if feels like to not be in pain and not feel like I’m fighting anesthetic yet still unable to sleep, then even if I do sleep I feel no different and like I haven’t. I was recommended magnesium flakes and in honest truth after using Epsom salt didn’t have much hope for it actually helping seen as Epsom salts did absolutely nothing. I ended up just putting a few handfuls in the bath and laying in there. Confess I can spend a long time in bath just trying to melt my muscles so was usual long soak and even topping the bath up with hot water. My muscles are constantly in need of massage thanks to Eds, I have constant pain and muscle spasms throughout my body that get so bad it forces my joints to dislocate with the spasms. as well as pain from dislocations, the damage they do and any thing else that’s happened that day . After a long soak in the bath I went to bed and actually struggled to stay awake. I Ended up falling asleep when I put my daughter to bed, then waking up was rather a surprise especially waking up feeling like I had actually slept. Confess for once I didn’t want to wake up where I’m use to waking up and instantly feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus from pain. This is definitely worth the buy, I do have a spray also although different brand and not so sure about that it’s definitely not as good as the bath or maybe that product isn’t as good as this one. Using this has helped me and does give relief Both from pain and for sleep issues.

This has been my go to for over a year now. After doing some research on the much needed benefits of magnesium and learning that it is easily absorbed through the skin I went for this product. I also noticed a huge difference in my back acne which has cleared, my skin is much more supple. I use it in the bath or when I give myself an at home pedicure I add it to a bowl of water and soak first.

theses are the best of the best. they dissolve beautifully and after a long soak I always have the best night sleep, feeling energised the next day and without aches from gym workout or even if I feel a little run down

Für die Badewanne. Super bei Neurodermitis. Hilft meiner Tochter sehr. Der Juckreiz wird dadurch schwächer. Dosiere aber nur einen Löffel je Bad. Dafür halt 2-3 mal die Woche. Weiß nicht ob es Zufall ist oder nicht, aber bei uns hilft das Magnesium gut.
