Kegel Weights for Women: 6 Silicone Vaginal Cones, Progressive 25-125 g Set

I am just 2 days into using these and i am already noticing a difference. I had looked at others but these seemed like they will be better and i wasnt wrong. I was surprised to find that i can straightaway use the third weight in from the bottom (was quite shocked by this as i thought my pelvic floor is completely shot!) so i just have to work my way up another 3 from this one and then maintain :) You can tell that the weights are working your pelvic floor properly the whole time you are using it. I love that there are full instructions and a bag to store the weights in. They are very simple and easy to clean.I would recommend these to others definitely

I've only had these weights a couple of weeks but already I feel I am keeping the weight in better.It was nice and easy to find my starter weight and everything is explained in the leaflet you get with your weights.They come packaged in a nice box and have a separate little bag to keep the weight you're using in, which I thought was a really nice and discreet touch.The weights themselves are colour coded-the lighter the colour the lighter the weight. They are nice and easy to clean with no seams and a smooth finish.This is the first time I've considered using anything like this and I did have a good look around and read a lot of reviews. When I saw these weights I liked the look of them and did think they were more expensive then the others but there is normally a reason for that and that is the high quality and customer support you get with intimate rose.There were a lot of tester people reviews on this product which always makes me a bit dubious tbh, but I'm glad I went ahead anyway because they are great.After having a child two years ago and making little to no effort with pelvic floor exercises I thought it was high time I get amongst looking after myself down there.I use my weight in the morning when getting ready for work and then when I shower in the evening for 15 minutes at a time, I can't wait to see my progress getting better and better.Bottom line I would definitely recommend to friend infact I have.

I purchased these Kegel balls a few times honestly just for the biggest weight so in reality I wish they sold them individually because some of them are just too big without being heavy. However they are nice and heavier than many on the market and the shape is ideal for sliding it right in. Overall I would recommend but be conscious of the amount of balls in there you may not use.

I'm really pleased with this product. They arrived very quickly with minimal packaging, in a discrete, hard wearing box. I was a bit worried before I got the weights, that they might be uncomfortable or scratchy, difficult to use or to get out again once I had put them in! However they are really easy to insert and are completely smooth so really comfortable to use and easy to pull out! They are also easy to clean as they have no edges. I have a 4 month old baby so I started on the ivory weight which took me a few times to keep in - I had to build up to the 15 mins. I'm really pleased with the results so far as I wasn't getting anywhere by just doing pelvic floor exercises alone. I have also found it really easy to fit into my morning and evening routine. Very happy and looking forward to having an uber efficeint pelvic floor!!

Having finally realised that my too frequent 'loo stop' urge needed tackling, I did loads of online research to find a good pelvic floor muscles exerciser. I've now been using these weights for a week and already feel they are starting to make a difference - both physically and with the mental boost I now have that I am taking back control and improving my day2day lifestyle.This is a really elegant product & high quality both in finish and design - comes with good instructions and online support (if you require more assistance). Really easy to use and maintain.I am delighted with my purchase and can unreservedly recommend this product - which I paid full price for with NO requirement to post this review; if, like me, you feel your 'bladder control' could do with improving then this product is well worth trying.

Have had a couple of pelvic floor issues return since coming off HRT (for menopause). Thought I'd try these before anything else. They are smooth and are odour free. Have only been using them for a week and am only using the lightest weight but I am feeling more comfortable and not getting up at night so much which is a great start. Not perfect yet but Rome wasn't built in a day.

Really marvellous. I had a baby last year and was ripped, so there has been an obvious difference in "down there" (including when I am on my period, I actually couldn't feel that I had a tampon in and ended up sticking in a second one, to realise I still had to remove the other!). It's been about a week and I personally think there is a difference, my other half hasn't said anything yet.They're a lot more comfy then the usual "ball" shape, which was originally why I chose them. Comes with a little bag for you to take on the go, 6 weights (and you can feel the difference in the weights!) and they offer to replace any weights that have ware and tare if it comes to that!They send you instructions & provide support by e-mail which I think is great (I already used support, they told me to use more lube hahaha. Too much friction makes you think you can hold heavier ones then you can!). I will keep using and hopefully I'll be back to my normal self in no-time!

How can the manufacturer allow a refund on such an intimate product? It is awful, what if someone gets an STD because they got a refunded product!!!!If you go in a shop and buy an underwear, and then you change your mind, you will never be refunded for an intimate product, this is a request to the supplier, please do not allow refunds on this product, you may land in a serious legal dispute.I have just only started using it, however, just into two days, I have developed pelvic pain, bloating and discomfort. Now I am worried if I used anyone's returned product, because even if you wash before use, which I had done, unless you sanitize it, the germs may still mingle around this product.I am seriously worried now, ladies please consider this.

I bought this Kegel exercise kit because after having a lot of stress and changes in my body I felt that I needed to work on my pelvic floor more. At first I had doubts because I had never used something like that, but honestly I was very surprised by the experience.The material feels soft, comfortable and of good quality. I liked that different weights come to move forward little by little without feeling uncomfortable. The first few days I had to adapt, but then I began to feel more muscle control and a different sensation in my body, especially when exercising and in my day to day.Something I really liked is that it made me feel more connected with myself and more confident. The exercises are easy to do at home and you don't need a lot of time a day to notice changes.I also appreciate that the product arrived well packaged and discreet. It was definitely a purchase that was worth it for me and I will continue to use it as part of my female wellness routine.

Ces boules m'ont été recommandées par ma sage femme. Je ne regrette pas cet achat. Elles ont une surface douce, ce qui fait que l'insertion se fait en douceur. Le poids varie légèrement d'une boule à une autre, mais c'est suffisant pour bien faire travailler son périnée. Le code couleur nous permet de nous y retrouver facilement. Le nettoyage est très simple également.
