I've tried many conditioners over the years, but this is by far the best one. After a couple of times of using this, I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe how nice my hair looked. Both the texture and shine were noticeably improved, and like another reviewer has stated it has helped to reduce hair loss I have been experiencing. All I would say is though, don't buy this product of Amazon! it is twice the price on here than it is in the shops, it is £6.99 in boots and Tesco's and quite frequently Tesco's have it on offer at £4.99! although to be honest I would quite happily pay more for it, as it is so good :)
