Temporary Tooth Replacement Product

I'm in my 20s and very recently lost a front tooth from it cracking on some hard food. It has been absolutely devastating, unfortunately it's super hard to get quick dentist appointments and it's £3000 for an implant. I work in a customer facing role and about to graduate so it's essential I have a front tooth not just for confidence but also so I can speak clearly. I was VERY skeptical of this product but thought I'd give it a shot. I'd say it's probably one of the best purchases I've made this year. Firstly, I'd say for actually making the tooth it can be a bit of a fiddle at first. The first tooth i made didn't look very good but fit fantastic, I remade it a few times and flip flopped between it fitting great and looking great so it's something you need practice with. I have settled on the one I've got in the photos because it's better then a massive hole and looks okayish. Id also suggest soaking it in tea for 5 to 10 minutes because it is BRIGHT white if you don't. It's relatively easy to shape and there's enough time to do it before it completely sets. You get some dental tools, the material to make the teeth and a little tub to store your teeth when not using. If you mess up really badly on one you can reuse the material and stick in in hot water again and try again so it's not imperative you get it right the first time. I wore this today at work for about 9 hours and it stayed put, I was lisping a little but less so then having no tooth at all, but ifyou have trouble with it moving I'd suggest a bit of denture glue something i might try myself soon. I think comfort depends on the tooth you're making and how yu make it, mine isn't uncomfortable but felt a little strange at first. Ive only worn it one full day but I've taken it out the eat and drink just incase. This has been a godsend for me, I really reccomend getting this if you're missing teeth In your smile zone and are insecure, can't afford alternatives, or are simply waiting for an implant or denture. I was unsure about this product but as long as you have patience and follow the instructions it'll do wonders for your smile.

Not for me

This is a brilliant item. Worked a treat for me & actually looks like a real tooth. It was super easy to actually make the tooth & great instructions with a very good video ( a link is given to download) considering the very reasonable cost a great little product. I remove mine for eating but great if you can’t afford to have a proper tooth replacement or need a temporary fix. Just gave me so much more confidence. Everyone I’ve shown has been blown away and say that it’s pretty undetectable. Mine is in the top at the far back & using the tea bag to stain the tooth so it looks more natural & authentic is key to this whole operation for me. You can also make numerous teeth as there is a lot of product so it’s a win win for me.

Clever, makes a good replacement for a gap. My first tooth was disappointing but I melted it down again and made a second which was better. Only problem is the taste of the plastic is awful and distracting when wearing!

Really happy with this product. Lost a bottom front tooth and was very conscious of it. Easy to use and stays in for quite a while.

I lost a prominent tooth next to my front teeth, with Teams meetings these cameras explode how you look and my missing tooth was noticed. So slipping in this temporary fake tooth, works and nobody now notices and I feel better. It takes a bit of practise to get the right shape but as always once used to it, you can quickly and effectively do it. I have found less is more. The bigger the fake tooth the easier it is to dislodge, so keep it small and flatten some of it to the back gum and it will stay in place. Once you start eating it will come out. Although yesterday I ate a burger meal and it stayed in until the last bite. A cheap and effective solution, much cheaper than getting an implant in Turkey.

Though this is temporary, it looks like it may work for a while: it wasn't purchased for myself, so I can't really write a positive review, but hopefully I will!
