My center speaker is a Polk R300, it's 4ohms, how much power does the 50 deliver at 4ohms? All other speakers (2) that are powered are 8 ohms.

Hello, using HEOS speakers as wireless surrounds are not supported with AV receivers. HEOS speakers may be configured as wireless surrounds when paired with a Denon Home 550 SOUNDBAR but not with AV receivers. Main zone Speakers must be hardwired with the Marantz Cinema 50. The Cinema 50 has HEOS for Multi-Room use, pairing with additional HEOS speakers throughout your home (Multi-Zone Audio).

Is huppins a certified marantz retail partner? is cinema 50 purchased from huppins covered under the marantz warranty?

No, they are not. My unit had an issue. I called marantz and they informed me that the retailer was not an authorized dealer. I ended up returning the unit.
