Even add a bit in the mayonnaise perfect for soups or meat it's easy to use. Just try it. Definitely worth it Review: From a bit "meh" to weirdly wonderful and very savoury - I wasnt sure what to expect with this stuff as Hoi Sin Sauce is just about as exotic as my foray into Asian sauces has gone so far (which is a rather embarassing admission for a Foodie like me!) and my first taste, straight out of the tub, was a bit "meh" TBH, but I slapped it on a pork chop along with some of the chilli powder I bought for doing my Kimchi, added some garlic and flung it in the air fryer. Oh, what a difference a bit of heat makes...! This unprepossessing-looking "lumpy-because-of-the-soy-beans peanut butter look-alike" was transformed! People here are using it on everything, so it looks like I have lots of experimenting to look forward to, but for now this sludgey, yellowish-brown, savoury, umami-ish glaze/marinade is impressing me more than I expected on first impressions. I would say its certainly worth having a play with...

Absolutely delicious
Deep and rich flavour, a lovely quality ssamjang. I'm guilty of slapping this on everything, even toast! Versatile enough to use for everything from dipping, spreading, marinating, throwing into cooking. Adds huge dimension to things like noodles and vegetables/salads. Just delicious however it's used. It's very difficult to describe the flavour to anyone who isn't familiar with Korean and Asian foods. But for anyone who has a love of Asian flavours I can thoroughly recommend trying this!

VERY FULL ON SAUSE 😀
My 1st time ever having anything Korean or any of these sauses!! 1st time it's very tasty & full of flavours & then a bit of a hit from chilli I guess it is?!? You don't need much of it where it's it's so spicey & full & chunky with beads of unknown stuff! It's not a smooth sause) you need to drink if you have even a spoonful of this as it makes you thirsty! 😲 get a big tub no idea how long it lasts think it goes with anything/everything! Most of their sauses contain much sugar as main ingredientvbut this sause dosnt it's got lots of soya beans & spices onion & hot pepper ect.....
