It's very good it does the job.

I take two of these a day to help my bones, I hope they are working. Apparently calcium supplements are not recommended due to a build up in the arteries but a couple of these a day instead of the recommended four just helps me to top up anything I'm not getting from my diet.

If I had noticed that these were made in the USA I wouldn't have bought them seeing as they have some of the worst food policy standards in the world. Maybe on par with India.
