Great dispenser
I bought this to replace a 20 year old Aviva dispenser. I had 4 of them round the house, as I ran a B&B for the first couple of years. Over time, the pumps had failed (although Better living give a lifetime guarantee) The first one after about 14 years, so no big deal. I ended up with a mismatched set of one silver and one white in the main bathroom (The Aviva have 2 separate chambers rather than one double) Also, the white plastic had yellowed, which I can't complain about after 20 years. I decided to replace. I saw the Croydex ones had exactly the same buttons as the Aviva, as well as the same fixing kit. I wondered if they were made by the same company. Sure enough, on the back of the packaging for the Croydex one, it says 'Manufactured by Better Living Products' (A Canadian company) The hardest part of the job was getting the old one off and getting the silicone residue off. I only installed it yesterday and used it for the first time today. It seems to be well fixed on. As the old one survived 20 years of daily use, I'm sure it will be fine. The Croydex ones are half the price of Aviva, which was why I opted for that. The old Aviva ones seem to be made from thicker plastic, but it could well be the Aviva ones are thinner now. No complaints so far.

Silicone glue came solid
Arrived today. Product itself appears great. Seemed smaller that I imagined but you can fit more product in than you would think when you first look at it.Bought in the hope that it will help stop my 3 kids going through bottles and bottles of shower gel and shampoo!Don’t want to drill into the tiles so this seemed ideal. Label stickers included so that’s a cute touch. Was really disappointed that the silicone glue was rock hard and useless so be prepared for that. I Started to look on Amazon for advice on this and only options are the usual to start return/replacement etc which I didn’t want to wait for so I’ve used some more strips of extra strong sticky back foam tape (like the one provided) and hope that will do the trick.Apart from the issue with the silicone I’m pleased with the unit itself. Looks smart and neat in the shower. Only time will tell if 1) it stays up and 2) I still go through a bottle of shower gel every couple of days!

Good for arthritis sufferers
I am disabled with rheumatoid arthritis and use a shower chair in my walk-in shower. I am always dropping my shampoo or shower gel bottles and having them skitter under the chair out of my reach. I got fed up with showering in shampoo or washing my hair with shower gel depending on which one slipped out of my arthritic grasp. So I invested in this.At first glance, it feels a bit plasticy but it is sturdy enough. It was easy to install (even I was able to manage it). To install, you remove the backplate from the containers. There are flat square points on the back of the backplate where 3M double-sided adhesive pads are fitted (there are different points depending on whether you want to mount it flat or in a corner). A tube of clear silicone is provided. This is applied in a wavy line over several areas on the backplate. You then press the whole thing against the wall. I mounted mine on tile. It is best to press hard against the wall so the silicone oozes through little holes in the backplate creating little silicone 'hooks' to further anchor the mounting. The double-sided adhesive pads hold the mount in place while the silicone dries. I left it 24hrs as advised by the instructions before sliding the container onto the backplate. The container slid on easily and was simple to fill. There are a series of stickers provided for the chrome effect front depending on what you want to put in the containers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. There is a choice between English and French. You prime the pumps by pressing the buttons several times (sort of self-explanatory).Altogether I am very happy with this purchase. It will save me time, pain and no more fiddling with wet bottles, so I am happy. It also gets rid of any trip hazards in my shower cubicle which is a complete bonus and makes the cubicle more streamlined and tidy. I would recommend this product at this point and it is a good buy for the price, very reasonable. I shall see how it wears over time.

Excellent Item
I was very pleased, made up in fact, when i fitted this. The pads and glue provided, did the job of fixing it to my wall panels very securely. Before i had a soap dish suckered to the wall, bottle of gel and shampoo sitting on the shower tray. I think that the amount of gel this saves from wastage, will pay for the dispenser over time, but it's the sheer convenience that counts more than anything.

Almost perfect
Bought four of these for our newly-renovated house and been using them for around 15 months. Quality is reasonable for the very good price, so although made of (strong) plastic, they look better than you'd expect. Be careful with fitting as the adhesive sets quickly; make triple sure it's level. Priming it takes a long while, especially for very thick creams (hair conditioner, moisturiser) but it's well worth it, and if you refill before empty, you'll only ever have to do it once. The only downside I've found is that, again especially for thick creams, a small amount of the contents hangs on to the dispenser underneath and of course dries into a small lump; not very nice for the next application. If you know (and care) about this, you can pick it up by wiping across with your finger as you dispense, but your visitors or unobservant cohabitees will not do this of course!UPDATE July 2022Had to buy another one to replace one that broke (I think because of clumsy use, not bad product) Took me 20 minutes of agitated pressing to bring the - admittedly thick - body lotion through, but at least I didn't have to buy a non-matching product. Still recommend.
