I've always been really unlucky with most teeth whitening products, mainly because I'm a coffee drinker and a smoker, but this stuff WORKS! I forgot to take a before photo so not much point posting a now photo, but I started on a shade 6/7 and within the first use I went straight to a 3, and that was only using it for 20 mins! (10 with the blue light) So so pleased I've finally found something that actually whitens your teeth rather than just wasting your money!Was very skeptical due to mixed reviews and the patchiness that others seem to have experienced, but I used plenty of gel to insure that I didn't get patches. The instructions are super easy to follow, and although the gum trays can be a little tricky, it is relatively easy to do! I haven't experienced any sensitivty and do I have very sensitive teeth, but that could be due to using it in frequent small bursts rather than one long sitting, doesnt even tast that bad either to be fair. Delievery was prompt and next day! Thank you so much, would 100% recommend and buy again!

As most customers I am sure you check to see the reviews of a product before purchasing. This is exactly what I did when purchasing this teeth whitening kit. The reviews seemed to be very positive with so many people ranting and raving as to how good this kit was.How wrong I was and how wrong all these people are also.I purchased my kit, which arrived promptly and in good condition – Thank you Amazon as you dispatched it and your service as always is brilliant – I opened the box to find my kit inside. First impressions seemed good – looked well packaged in its pouch etc. This is as far as my positive experience went. Upon going to use the kit I found the gum shields very cheap and useless – they did not mould to the teeth at all – a sports gum shield would have done a better job than this so called professional kit. The light although it worked properly for all 5 seconds was a complete waste of time and effort. The only way to keep it working was to hold it together continuously pressing the on off button – as soon as you let go it would switch off. By no means not how its meant to work nor comfortable to hold it so tightly so that it does for the duration of the whitening process.Anyways – being quite stubborn I persevered with it with the hope that despite initial setbacks and all this effort I might actually get some pearly whites at the end of this ordeal. Having followed the instructions precisely –save as where I had to improvise due to the poor quality contents – I have absolutely nothing to show for it – save as to a small dent in my bank balance. The whole process was a joke and simply didn’t work in the slightest.I checked through the packaging in case I had missed something that could explain what if anything I had done wrong. There before my eyes the answer was staring back at me. With the kit there is a small card (photo attached) which encourages customers to leave a 5 star review and when done they will be entered into a draw to win £50. There lies were the issue is – these so called positive reviews are merely people trying to win £50! I have not seen any announcement from the seller as to who is winning all these £50s – I guess they don’t publicise this as am sure its probably not allowed – I have written to Amazon to confirm and will update on this but I am 99% sure that this is manipulating the reviews and isn’t allowed.I wanted to check to see if anyone else had had similar issues and it appears that there are several others who have also commented the same and also referring to the £50 incentive. Unfortunately the volume of the “positive” reviews seems to overshadow the few genuine reviews by customers who have complained hence like myself I did not spot it. Had I done so I would probably have spent my hard earned money elsewhere.Whilst looking at the reviews I also noticed that a large majority of the reviews are unverified (meaning the person reviewing hasn’t actually bought the kit to review it) – also on some days as many as 8-10 are being left at the same time.Worse still the same people are also reviewing the sellers other teeth whitening products (have attached some screen shots) leaving gleaming reviews all of which not having been purchased.As a customer I would not in the real world go and buy every product in a companies range. For example I’m looking to buy a toothpaste – I wouldn’t buy every variation of toothpaste that in effect does the same job – this is very irregular and a sure sign that these reviews are not genuine. Please have a look for yourself – quiet day in the office and have too much time on my hands JAmazon surely this isn’t allowed and it must be looked at – customers cannot be duped in this manner![...]

Firstly, for me I found the mouthpiece moulds were reluctant to shaping to my teeth. The instructions say to boil water and leave to cool for 6-7 mins, submerge the mouthpiece under the water for 10-12 secs and put into teeth. I tried several times and found that they became optimally malleable after letting the water cool for just 4-5 mins. And one they are in the mouth I had to use my fingers to vigorously squeeze water out of the gaps so they became a solid, air tight fit. They fit perfectly after I had worked this out.As far as the whitening goes I have to say that the gel is quite useless. There will be NO noticeable effect from using it for 20-45 mins as the kit suggests. I tried it for up to two hours (with the light for 45 mins) and it still didn't come close to the desired effect. I used all three syringes and I probably went up one shade, from shade 3.5 to 2.5. (The syringes lasted me 6 sessions, and i did one session per day.) This is not a massive problem, because you can easily find a high % peroxide gel alternative for under £20 which works great with the mouthpieces and light provided with this kit.All in all, pretty decent value considering it was reduced from £79.99 to just over £10.00

Long story short, the product isn't as great as the reviews might suggest but allows you to get into all the little gaps that whitening strips might not allow.- - - Bad - - -I was eager to buy this because it was a best seller with so many reviews but that's where I was wrong. When you open the packaging, you'll find a card that invites you to enter a a £50 prize draw if you leave a review. So buyers *may* have ended up just leaving a 5 star review in the hopes of increasing their chances of winning but before even using the product yet.The LED light is actually very solid. The battery cover doesn't really fit on well and sometimes the light won't switch off unless you take the batteries out.The trays are poorly made and wouldn't soften at all. The instructions say to leave in slightly cooled boiled water for a few seconds but that didn't do anything until I tried leaving it in freshly boiled water for a minute! But even after this, the trays are loose meaning the gel is going to leak out so get ready to end up swallow a bunch of it.- - - Good - - -That aside, the actual product is as pictured and after using it for a week, I have noticed some subtle effects. I have even been taking a daily picture of my teeth in controlled lighting to confirm. I then tried using the product on my own accord by using much more gel that recommended and taking it on for much longer and doing two treatments per day. I then noticed some good effects. But for all the mess and inconvenience, you get much better effects when using a simple whitening strip.
