Nice product it helps me and i feel abit relief for some time

This has proven to be an invaluable product for me treating my hemorrhoid problem that has flared recently. I started out using Boots own ointment which has zinc and lidocaine in it and is the one I have always come to rely on. I also started using their suppositories. After about 5 days the pain was still very bad and intense. I saw my GP who examined me and (rightly) suggested that the lidocaine based product had produced a pain sensitivity - it was in effect increasing my pain. She told me to avoid all lidocaine based products. So I switched to Hemosan cream. Not only has the Hemosan been effective for pain I believe it has also helped to heal the hemorrhoids. As they lessen and the pain turns to an itch the cream can initially sting a little but this I believe is part of the action of the healing. With a recent reccurance of hemorrhoids I used this cream in conjunction with an initial dab or compress of witch hazel along with Anusol suppositories. They've healed much more quickly this time around. I'm very happy despite being initially sceptical of Hemosan. Also a little goes a long way so it's worth the money for me.

Help's a lot with the swelling of marbles

Hi I bought this after I came back from my holidays. I over indulged and my diet and alcohol intake went to pot! Long story short, my bum didn't appreciate my holiday, so I ended up buying this cream. I've used well known brands before, and they've worked fine, this cream works just as well, and you'll be glad to know, my bum is back to normal........ Hurray 👍 3/9/17 Update, still got piles, don't think this cream helps. Just bought some suppositories instead. 👍

I don't usually write reviews but feel this product deserves one. I have been suffering with anal fissures for years and it feels so debilitating and uncontrollable. I wanted to gain some control for myself rather than keep going back to the doctor overtime and going through the embarrassment. I read the reviews and thought it was worth a go. I have to admit that I expected the 'issue' to ease immediately (based on some reviews), I used 3 times a day and had no relief for 2 weeks. I nearly gave up but continued with the cream in desperation. I am so glad I did. It took just over 3 weeks to totally heal but what a relief! The cream you get from the doctor takes this long too, but with terrible headaches. Since I stopped using (a month ago) I had the beginning of another one but used this cream for one day and it appears to work as a preventative too. I would definitely recommend this product but persevere with use.

It does the job

If you are reading this, you are probably a fellow-sufferer. If you’ve just come here for a laugh - buzz off and grow up! Yes, the benign causes of anal bleeding and discomfort are a painful, distressing and often embarrassing problem which provides cruel amusement for certain twisted souls who are not (as yet) afflicted. To be brutally honest, I'm afraid that this product only worsened the pain and irritation of anal fissures and piles. In future, I'll stick to the more familiar products with proven anaesthetic properties. This cream comes with a guarantee of satisfaction – which I thought odd when I found that it was ineligible for return. Initially, I thought that I’d flushed £7.49 down the loo - but I explained the problem to Amazon -and they very kindly refunded me in full. On a serious note, regardless of age - if you have regular or intermittent 'bottom bleeding' -don't just dismiss it and tell yourself “its only piles" - especially if you also have abdominal discomfort and heartburn. Please seek help and advice straight away.

Yo tengo una fisura anal y con la primera vez q me puesto la crema no he vuelto a notar ningún dolor ni escozor me ha funcionado rápidamente y estoy encantada con ella. Llevaba dos meses padeciendo de dolores aanales que me dejaban imposibilitada sin poder hacer nada me compré todas las cremas que me recomendaron los doctores en la farmacia y ya desesperara entre en Amazon y leí comentarios y me decídi por comprarla por ser natural y ver si tenía suerte gracias a Dios la he tenido no tiene q faltar e esta crema nunca más. De verdad q se la recomiendo a todo aquel q haya pasado por esos dolores q ocasionan las fisuras anales. Se hecha en falta un aplicador para una correcta aplicación .
