Directions Vivid Lavender Semi Permanent Hair Dye 100ml, Vegan Deep-Conditioning Formula, Soft Purple Shade - 1 Pack

I bought this product to freshen up the purple in my hair (which had faded into a blue/green). The hair dresser bleached a balayage and added Directions colour to it. I bought the Lavender for a warm purple touch. I tried leaving it on for 30 minutes but the colour didn't turn out very strong and was pretty much faded after a week. Second try with leaving it on for three hours and the colour looks great and strong. Definitely works well on bleached hair and covers up previous light colours. The dye is easy to apply and I like the feel of my hair after washing the dye out. Its very soft. Would recommend buying it but keep in mind that the tubs are very small. Used about 2/3 of the tub for my second try.

Loved this lavender purple so much more vibrant than the violet . Darker on roots as fresh bleach but wow the colour is awesome I love it. I used it with flamingo pink . I love these shades ....

Have used this product loads of times in this colour and had brilliant results but this was an absolute waste of money, used 2 pots on my coloured blonde hair and after following instructions you could barely tell the difference, I’m fuming as don’t have option to complain or return, it’s either old out of date stock or copies, do not buy

Nice colour but doesn't take unbleached precoloured hair at all. Will have to mix it with another colour or bleach my hair. For darker unbleched hair plum is better than this

Great product but this colour is extremely hard to set in your hair. You have to have consisitent bleach blonde in order for it to show up (ie. no yellow or darker patches) and I'd recommend leaving it on for a couple of hours or even overnight. While a lot of Directions colours you can mix to a shade you like I would only use this one on its own, as any other colour will probably overpower it and it won't show up.

I heard about this product and colour from a shop assistant while I was in London who had very blonde hair tinted the palest lavender. Her method with it was to add a little to her shampoo and wash her hair with it. As I have short hair that is shades of grey I tried that and was l was pleased with the very subtle lavender hue. Since then I have used it to add slightly more intense shades of lavender which i get by leaving it on far far longer than the instructions suggest. So far, though I have used very little of the product, I am totally delighted with the result.

Love this colour so much. I have about a 9 base lightness wise and it fades into a beautiful pink/purple pastel blonde colour. I took this a few days after colouring.

Si buscas un tono morado bonito, mejor optar por el lilac, que tira a azul. Este es casi invisible, solo se nota si lo tiñes varias veces, tono sobre tono, pero a los 3 lavados tendrás un antiestético color verdoso.

Uso questi prodotti su capello decolorato da 20 anni. Bellissimi colori e non scaricano tantissimo quando lavi i capelli. Per evitare di perdere brillantezza dopo lo shampo ne metto sempre un po'.

Je me suis colorer des année les chez eux en bleu , violet , gris et cette marque ne m’a jamais déçue ! Les couleur reste longtemps et sont magnifique toute leur game de bleu et ouf . Si vous voulez faire des nuances c est parfait
