Does this toothpaste whiten teeth a lot?

Not a 'whitening' toothpaste as such but - having years of tea, coffee, red wine, curries, smoking, etc. staining already (genetically natural) yellow teeth - this toothpaste is the only one i've found which is, IMO, definitely worth the investment. As well as agreeing with all the other positive comments here, like how clean your teeth/mouth feel afterwards, my experience is that this Ultradex toothpaste generates a ' Yes? No? Yes ..? I'm SURE they ARE whiter!', visible, result. For those of us on low budgets, this Ultradex toothpaste is normally a bit too expensive - but can often be found at 'offer' prices with various retailers (and, of course, Amazon !!! ).

Will this help with remineralisation?

I have used this toothpaste for years as it has a gentle flavour and doesn’t make my mouth sore. I don’t know about mineralisation I think you would need to ring your dentist and ask.
